Poor Communication
I only used this company as it was third party through sky. Communications between the two conpanies were poor. I contact sky on two occasions to advised that i would need cables for the broadband to work and i was told that the installer would have it and they didnt. The installer tokd my son that he would have to return tk the property at 5pm as there was another fix he needed to do. He was told at 11am. We are not living at the property yet so a long weight. Only for me to call sky at 6pm to be advised that the connnextion was external and the installer didnt need access to the property. A waste of time for my son and still waiting on the cables.
