Came back from fuertventura, only to find my discovery must have been used for rallying ,wheels where covered in mud and also side of car ,for £120 they should have the courtesy to clean the car , did point it out to one of the guys who moves the cars he did apologise makes no difference .Def wont use them again
I do not wish to relinquish my car…
I do not wish to relinquish my car keys. It is advertised that long stay parking is available and customer can keep keys. When you enter the booking process the only option now available to retain your keys is multi-storey parking at £250 for two weeks , so you either pay £125 and hand over your keys or cough up an extra £125 ! This is an outrageous grab preying on people’s reluctance to hand hand over your property to strangers. If you look at the related reviews you may think this worry is justified ! I phoned the airport and was advised the reason for the loss of the ordinary long stay is that they are building another multi-storey so presumably all parking will be at £250 a fortnight thereafter, this really seems to be a long term ploy to extract the maximum from travellers. Not impressed.
Poor experience this time
Arrived back on the 15 sep 2023 everything had gone well and would have given 5 stars until I return back to my van and all the heating controls had been changed seat moved my glove box had been rummaged through radio controls changed. I can’t prove it but I’m sure the van had been used while we was away the wheel arches where full of mud I’ve used silver zone for 20 years plus and have been totally satisfied with the service but need to checking on there parking staff
Smashed drivers door mirror on return
Smashed drivers door mirror on return! Second time in three uses of Silverzone! Previous damage amounted to £550 which they admitted was their fault and they paid for.Not likely to get anything for the mirror as had left Silverzone when noticed.Leave your car with theze as*holes at your peril!
Joy riders
Drop off was automated, simple and quick,
Collecting the car was longwinded and any observer can see that their system could be speeded up quite simply. The car was parked about two hundred yards away but easy to find. But why had all the comfort controls been tampered with? Both front seats altered, steering column all over the place, heater on full heat. You use this car park at your peril.
This is vandalism. At least joy riding and abuse.
Will definitely never use this service again.
Silver Zone parking
Silver Zone parking, Bristol Airport:
After depositing my key at reception, my car had been transferred to another area of the car park. I returned to my car on Friday 18th August to find a warning displayed on my dashboard when I started the ignition.
The vehicle stabilisation control had been switched off, with a 'Restricted Stability' warning displayed on the dashboard.
The vehicle performance settings had been switched from the 'Efficiency' setting to the 'Sport' mode.
The performance setting and stability control switch cannot be changed accidentally. The performance settings had been deliberately altered by airport staff after I had left my car.
Furthermore, my dashcam had been unplugged by airport staff before the car was moved.
I contacted Bristol Airport using their online form and received an automated reply specifying I would receive a response within 15 days. No further correspondence has been received to date.
I will not be using this parking facility again.
Damage
Pay over 100 quid for a week for the car to be moved 200 yards and the rear view mirror ripped off and left on the seat. That was fun at 5am Sunday morning just before a 2 hour drive home to Bournemouth. Dude behind the counter tried his best to help - shouldn't have happened though.
THIEVES ABOUT BEWARE
THIEVES ABOUT BEWARE! Left my car, when I returned car had been moved. I noticed things had been disturbed. I had some money which was out of view. Money was missing. Reported it before i left site. Checked the dashcam and they had removed the connection so nothing was recorded. They say its normal to move the car, they tell me it was moved twice. The dashcam had nothing recorded since I parked. So guessing it was the first mover that stole it. Wouldn't use them again or recommend them. So far heard nothing from them also advised the police so I have a crime number.
Silver Zone parking
Silver Zone parking ignored my wife's blue badge when parking my car for pick up. It was left at the furthest point of the pick up zone. No personal response from customer services in spite of several emails. All I had was an automated reply that was not followed up.

Bristol Airport Long Stay Parking Review
After reading terrible reviews of Bristol Airport multi storey & Silver Zone parking I prebooked long stay for 10-17 August at over £150 (JustParkMe). Very difficult to find a space (even at 4:30 am) & on return the exit barrier didn't recognise my prepayment (& wanted over £170) . I reversed back to park near the exit barrier & negotiate with operator on paystation intercom to release my car (operator didn't recognise my JustParkMe email booking reference or car reg or surname !). JustParkMe email advised to go to the manned office at the exit barrier if the prepayment failed. However, there was no manned office - only scruffy portacabins and some very dubious looking people hanging around cars outside. Occupant of portacabin ignored me & deliberately closed the internal door when I called from cabin doorway. Used the intercom on the paystation near exit & operator eventually took pity on me & released the barrier. So very grateful to the operator but very poor overall service for £150. Add to this the difficulty of getting to Bristol Airport and the long queues for departures (as the airport seems trying to service about 3X the customers it is built & staffed for) & I will be flying from another airport in future.
Never had problems
Booked and parked here a few times now and never had any problems
One unhappy customer
Collected car early hours this morning Wednesday 9th August 2023. Drove home parked up, then this morning when it is daylight, realise my front number plate is hanging off, because it looks like my car has been driven in to the rear of another car, which had a tow bar, which caused the damage to my number plate and as usual there is no way of contacting them.
I have used them a lot in the past and with no issues. At the end of the day, they charge people lots of money, if someone as messed up, no problem at all, put your hand up and have the decency to put it right.
Just case they read this, which I doubt very much, flight was Ryanair FR2799 from Riga to Bristol, which landed Wednesday 8th of August and car parked in collection bay CM29.
Check vehicles for damage!
Picked up our vehicle after a 10 day silver zone parking booking. The car was rammed in so tight up against 2 large vans, we had to shuffle in and could barely open the doors and all had to use the one sliding door on 1 side (Strategic parking on their part maybe?). On stopping at the first petrol station available, we noticed the huge amount of damage that had been caused to the side of the vehicle. The vehicle has clearly been scraped around a wall or bollard causing extensive damage to the alloy and whole side panel. The airport parking does not provide a safe space to stop and inspect your vehicle before you leave and neither do the staff remind you to check on collection of your keys. Our damage was logged and reported within the hour but silver zone parking have dismissed the complaint completely. If you use this parking, be warned and thoroughly check your vehicle on collection.
Car was damaged on return
Came back to the interior door handle broken.
Our flight was delayed and we got in at the early hours of the morning and so just drove straight home.
When emailing to report the damage we were fobbed off because we didn’t report the damage on the day at the reception. Beware, make sure you report any damage on the day.
Bristol Airport Silver Zone parking
Just returned from a fabulous holiday and family wedding in Kos. Alas not the greatest late night home coming for one of my grandsons who sadly didn't see the dent in his car that had been parked at Silver Zone until today in the daylight. Having now read other reviews I fear this may be a long drawn out fight for fair and honest treatment.
I saw the really bad reviews just after booking…
I saw the really bad reviews just after I’d booked this car park. Almost cancelled but thought I’d give it a try.
I really don’t understand the problems here. I took a picture of my mileage before leaving my keys. We arrived and handed the keys in within 10 minutes.
Got back a week later and picking up the keys took 5 minutes - literally. Mileage was almost exactly the same. Checked the car over and all was good.
The shuttle bus was adequate but not enough places to put the suitcases in so some were in the gangways. Not ideal but you travel for less than a mile.
Would use again.
Does anyone work here??
Quoted over £200 for a week in August.
Quoted over £200 for a week in August.
Seems a lot. Prices apparently vary with demand
... oh, so that's fine then!
More than any other airport I've ever been to.
