Driver did not turn up 'again' at…

Driver did not turn up 'again' at Malaga airport. They did manage to find me another driver but took well over an hour and this is not good at one in the morning. This is the second time this has happened in only about ten trips. The first time I had to make alternative arrangements as no other driver could be found. Twenty percent failure rate is not good.

Very bad experience…

Chaotic system of checking keys in which is not fit for purpose. Bus was over crowded and essentially unsafe. Return, again the bus was overcrowded and unsafe. Long wait to collect keys as insufficient staff. Fortunately there was no damage to the car but all the preset electronics viz radio, air-conditioning, bluetooth, onboard computer, had been interfered with and needed to be reset. Bad, bad service.

In October 2013 I had an Aqualisa…

In October 2013 I had an Aqualisa Quartz Digital shower installed. However, in December 2015 because of a dripping shower head the valves were replaced under the five year warranty. The shower head is dripping once again and I have been informed that my options are a replacement control unit at a cost of £449 or a general replacement of all the major parts for £810. It appears that I am unable to simply replace the part that is faulty as was the case for the first repair. These are expensive showers and should last longer than 3 to 4 years without having to incur major cost for repair. Can only assume that it is Aquiliza's policy to profiteer at the customers expense.

Excellent service

There was a sourcing problem with my tyres which meant they were fitted pm instead of am. This did not cause any problem and the communications throughout were first class. The correct tyres arrive and were fitted in just over 30 mins.

Gareth Sims the fitting technician was professional and polite and is definitely an asset to the business.
