Super frustrating experience. I have been trying to get my sauna and cold plunge to work for weeks, and I'm at a loss. Customer support tried to help (sort of - they're not easy to get hold of), but they're just guessing. The operating manual for the Harvia heater are really poor, and the cold plunge doesn't come with any manual at all. I would return everything if I could, but how do you return a fully assembled sauna and cold plunge?

Excellent customer service. I bought a two-person cube sauna, and the rocks for the heater were lost by FedEx. Without hesitation, they sent a new box so that I could get my sauna up and running ASAP!

I am very happy with my sauna and the customer service support provided. The kit was large and a bit overwhelming, but the instructions were very easy to follow. I had a board split when I was drilling, and they overnighted a new board immediately. If you are looking to purchase a sauna kit, I recommed Redwood Outdoors!

I called about the failure of the hinges on my sauna door. This was the second time they failed. The person on the other line promised to send me a redesigned hinge (bigger and stronger) and he did. I installed the hinge and it is stronger.

Showroom did not seem completely knowledgeable about product details, had to verify some info given with other sources. Purchased vent cover because staff told us the sauna didn’t come with one, but it did. Turned off by time-pressure discount offered only on first visit (despite transparency of only wanting to discuss with electrician first), so plan showroom visits accordingly unless ready to purchase same day. Frustrated with shipping days which may be beyond control but delivery estimates were not accurate and there have not been proactive updates about timeline, we have had to consistently reach out to customer service for info. Meanwhile we get numerous promotional emails. Sauna build was relatively simple, but instructions for distance between bench supports could have been more clear. Do not trust the integrity of the asphalt sheet for roof. It cracked in several places when trying to unroll. Delay of heater (still not received, still no known delivery date) puts sauna at risk of moisture build up as we enter rainy season. Looking forward to being able to use the sauna (purchased ~ 2 months ago)

The customer service experience was great with this purchase. The heater was a little delayed but Jordan kept me informed and updated as the process moved along. Jordan's response time was also super quick which was helpful.
I purchased the garden 8 person sauna with the Harvia Virta heater. The heater works great and the wireless options with the app make it super convenient. I regularly schedule sessions in the app so the sauna turns on automatically. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend redwood outdoors to anyone looking for a sauna.

Very hard to assemble + my heater failed and didn’t have electronics that worked. Prepare to spend a lot of money on electricians as it is next level. I’ve spent $2k on electricians so far just to discover that the product is failing.

This is a big expensive purchase. Constant problems with my rather simple order. On a large purchase like this the seller should really not create this many issues. I was given a free heater fence to try and make up for it, but I paid an electrician to be here to install the heater, but the heater was forgotten in the shipment, as were the accessories I had to call and ask to be shipped because they were forgotten.

My chiller developed a problem about 3 months past the warranty. I sent it back to Redwood Outdoors and expected a fight as I felt the chiller should not have developed problems so soon. The repairs were completed and they did cover it under warranty. In addition while in shipment back to me, FedEX damaged my chiller. Again, Redwood Outdoors handled it to my complete satisfaction. Serah was wonderful in helping every step of the way. Very pleased with this company and their customer service.

The Redwood product itself is beautiful! But please note that it is really difficult to get it delivered to you and then set up. Both our cold plunge and our millions of pieces of the sauna came on a truck with a very kind driver who had no way to get either of them off of his truck. We ended up having to pay for help to get each of them off the truck. The cold plunge comes mostly set up, but still required some work. In order to get the sauna put together and set up, it took our guy 2.5 days working on it for more than a full working day. I don't feel this was adequately communicated to us, but otherwise they were nice to work with and the products are truly beautiful and thus far working well.
