Bought a barrel sauna and like the…

Bought a barrel sauna and like the product. Shipping was confusing as it came in several shipments and when receiving tracking it was not clear what was included in each shipment. After assembling the sauna and installing the heater, I realized that there were not controls on the heater so I contacted Redwood and they advised that they shipped the incorrect heater (one that would go with the wifi control panel, not the standard heater). Unfortunately the timing was right before the Christmas / NY holiday, so it took two weeks before they shipped me an upgraded Wifi kit. There were a couple of hiccups but the product is still great and the customer service people were helpful and made things right.
