Purchased a sauna heater from them and they cancelled 3 days later due to a wrong price...How is it my fault that you priced your product wrong? Now I don't have a heater.

I did try to reach out by phone to explain the situation directly, but unfortunately wasn’t able to connect. The cancellation was due to a pricing error on the sauna heater listing, which we corrected as soon as it was identified. I completely understand how disappointing it is to have an order canceled unexpectedly, especially when it’s due to an issue on our end.
Please know that this wasn’t your fault, and we take full responsibility for the error. While we were unable to fulfill the order at the incorrect price, I’d be happy to personally assist you in finding a comparable unit or offer a discount on the purchase of the heater if you are still interested.
