I absolutely love my cold plunge experience with this unit! It’s been a game changer for recovery and daily energy. The temperature control is spot on, and having both cooling and heating options is a major plus.
I did run into an issue with the chiller early on — things happen — but I have to say, the customer service team was outstanding. They were quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. After troubleshooting, they ended up sending me a brand new chiller, and everything’s been working perfectly since.
Great product, even better support. Highly recommend!
