Great service, great product
When I called in, I got a knowledgeable person who was eager to help me (not just sell me). He told me to go to the showroom in Seattle and I did and I had an amazing experience there as well. We ended up getting a great deal and great advice and buying what the sales person suggested. She gave us great suggestions because she actually listened. She guided us away from the 2 models we thought we might want and suggested the perfect model for us. Picking it up was a breeze as well and I felt fortunate to be a few hours away to do so.
It is now built and the quality is amazing. I can't wait to get the heater wired up so we can use our new sauna. THANK YOU!!!
