Products are gorgeous but very hard to get off truck and assemble

The Redwood product itself is beautiful! But please note that it is really difficult to get it delivered to you and then set up. Both our cold plunge and our millions of pieces of the sauna came on a truck with a very kind driver who had no way to get either of them off of his truck. We ended up having to pay for help to get each of them off the truck. The cold plunge comes mostly set up, but still required some work. In order to get the sauna put together and set up, it took our guy 2.5 days working on it for more than a full working day. I don't feel this was adequately communicated to us, but otherwise they were nice to work with and the products are truly beautiful and thus far working well.

Do not order from Burke Decor

I ordered a ~$2K dining table from Burke Decor Feb 18th, wasn't told a delivery date, but with most business models these days, items come in a few weeks, so I assumed it would. The site said it was in stock. I began contacting them after I heard nothing by mid-March. I was getting a voicemail (shocking enough in itself, who doesn't have reps that answer their phones?) that mentioned "the holidays" twice. In mid-March. So then I was concerned. I sent an email to Customer Service. The email said I would get a response in a few days. I heard nothing for a few weeks, followed up again, and finally got an email several weeks later saying it should ship in early-mid-April, which was coming right up. Mid-April came and went, nothing. I emailed a few more times, got no response. Finally called again and got a rep on the phone who told me it now looked like it would ship in late June to arrive early July. I said forget it, I want to cancel the order. They said they would place the request for cancelation and I should receive an email. I actually did receive the email a day or so later and then was told I'd receive the refund in 7-14 days. I haven't yet received it and am concerned I won't based on other reviews, but I will try to update my post if I do or don't receive it. But joke was on me - I found the same table was available on Perigold, Wayfair, etc, a number of other sites. Ordered from Perigold and got it within 2 weeks.
