Mistakes were made with our order. One by the trucking company and one by RO to correct for the first. Ultimately, you sorted out everything and did your best to get us the replacement heater we needed to complete our installation. All other aspects went very smoothly. No trouble with assembly and our first heat went perfectly. We're very pleased.
