My experience was perfect
I'm sorry that some people had trouble getting their stuff. My experience was superb. The ring is beautiful, fits perfectly, and the inside inscription (which was free with purchase) looks awesome. I got the ring faster than expected, in less than a week. And it was not at all expensive! Five stars from me.
I never received the item
I never received the item. I never received an order confirmation. After I waited for weeks my item, I contacted them and was informed they did not fulfill the order because they claimed the address I gave, which I have used successfully for 7 years supposedly came up as undeliverable. This is complete balderdash. I confirmed the address again and waited. No response or package. I re notified PayPal of the problem and attempted to contact Forever Gifts vis the customer service number they had given PayPal and...big surprise....the number was not a working number. This company is a complete fraud and should be closed down. Buyers beware! They will take your money and you will get nothing!

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY - I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a medical ID bracelet and when it arrived, the clasp was broken and would not close. I called the customer service line and asked for a replacement, and they told me I needed to send an e-mail. I then sent an e-mail through the "contact us" feature and didn't get a response. I returned the bracelet by US Mail with a note asking for a refund or a replacement. Three weeks later I had not heard anything, so I contacted them. I was told without a tracking # they could not help me. I had put the small package in the mail but had not sent it with tracking so I didn't have one to give them. I explained this and asked if someone would be able to look through the return packages they received (I mean how many returns could there possibly be to sort through?) and received a response advising someone would contact me but would need a tracking # to do anything. I again explained I did not have one, and asked them to look through their returns for my package. I received a response stating that without a tracking number they cannot locate my package and it is not their fault that I didn't send it with tracking. No offer to let me speak to a manager or supervisor. No offer to see if there was anything they could do for me. Apparently, I'm expected to eat the money I paid for the bracelet which I will and chalk this up to a lesson learned. The lesson is to always send with tracking, but also, customer service these days are sure not about serving the customer. Food for thought: If Medical Tags doing business under Forever Gifts, get so many products returned to their facility that they cannot possibly find a single package among them without a tracking number, their pile of return packages must be incredibly massive! I can only conclude that the quality and craftsmanship of their products must be extremely poor (like the bracelet I received) to warrant so many returns.

I ordered a personalized bracelet. It came on time (actually a little early), beat my expectations, and looks great. Their customer service is excellent as well. I wanted to know how to remove a link and they responded in less than 24 hours and even included a video. I will definitely buy from them again.

Terrible company, didn't recieve order
Brought a paint by numbers in January, didn't recieve product, communicated this to them multiple times however because tracking said it was delivered but obviously I didn't get it. I wasn't able to recieve any refund through PayPal because of this. I didn't get what I ordered and there was absolutely no effort from the company to resolve my issue what so ever as they didnt seem to take it seriously. Don't waste your money on this place.

I ordered a necklace for my aunt. Not only is it just a huge smudge instead of a photo of her dog, it took 3 weeks longer to deliver than it said it would. It turned out super ugly and I'm just extremely disappointed. Waste of money!

Ordered an item December 2020 and received it promptly, although defective. I have not yet received the replacement but did receive an email saying a replacement would be processed. Hoping to see the replacement item soon so that I can give a positive review.

I ordered an Xmas calendar on the 29th November it never came, i received an email on 2 December 2020 saying they took down the wrong address. It’s now the 4th March 2021 and I’m still waiting for a refund! I’ve emailed so many times and heard nothing back. Then today they contact TrustPilot asking them to remove my complaint and said it was not them!!
Engraving was horrible
I bought two rings with personalized engraving on the outside. I have no problem with the shipping time or the rings themselves, the silver is nice and the size was great, but the engraving is a big issue. I am very disappointed in the so called "engraving". This is not engraving, but etching. I also expected the letters to be filled in (black) and the etched letters are so shallow, I can't even get them filled in, so I ended up not being able to see what the words say. I will probably have to pay more than they are worth to fix them. I will never order from this company again!!!

My tungsten carbide ring is amazing! The size is perfect and the engraving looks fantastic! The price for such an endurable product is truly remarkable. Tungsten is the strongest metal on Earth, and on the Mohs scale for hardness, it scores a 9.0! This ring will last me forever. The tungsten carbide was not as silvery as it looked online - it has a grey-black color, which looks quite handsome on men and women. I have scarcely bought products off private websites because of the risk of getting robbed. However, after my transaction with this company, I can say without a doubt that I can trust Forever Gifts! The customer service was amazing and extremely helpful. When I needed an item refunded, they were quick and honest with the transaction, of which I am very grateful! I am one very happy customer.

WRONG ORDER TWICE
I ordered a medical bracelet through MedicalTags.com but ForeverGifts,com is their vendor. The packages I got in the mail came from them. Since there's no way to review MedicalTags.com and since Forever Gifts failed to check the products they package and the rep I spoke to through the MedicalTags.com's customer service email wrote on the slip herself, which was in the package from Forever Gifts, I'm putting my review here.
This isn't a review of the product per-say, but of my negative experience.
While filling out the order for this bracelet, I noticed that everything I typed, even if I typed it in lowercase, changed to all caps. The all caps showed in the engraving preview and on the next page when I went to complete the order.
Everything was fine. It wasn't until I got my order that I saw one random letter was engraved as lowercase.
I went to the email I received after placing the order and noticed that letter and another letter showed as lowercase there, but nowhere else.
Interesting enough, out of those two lowercase letters in the order details, only one was engraved as lowercase. So, I only mentioned that one lowercase letter to customer service.
On top of that, the bracelet came in as black/black not black/silver as my order clearly stated.
Now, when I emailed customer service, I got a reply saying I'd get a replacement. This reply included a list of the information I gave them for the engraving. (Their proof that I had supposedly put that letter as lowercase.) As well as a statement that the rep had made a note for all the letters to be capitalized for my replacement.
Funny thing is, I had only mentioned that one letter being lowercase. And in the rep's list that she hand-typed, the other letter was capitalized. I replied back with a screenshot of the real order details that showed two lowercase letters and pointed out that only one was engraved lowercase.
I then went in and tested typing in the line info on another product and purposefully made letters uppercase and lowercase at random, and they all showed in caps when I typed it, in the engraving preview, and on the next page. I have a feeling that only after the order is placed would that change, because that's what happened with me.
I provided those screenshots to the customer service rep. No response on that.
I had also explained again how there is a glitch in the process, specifically in inputting the details and previewing them before purchase, because everything shows in all caps. I pointed this out so they could prevent other incidents.
Fast forward to today. I get my replacement. It's black/silver this time, but now BOTH letters are lowercase.
Another funny note...the packing slip was included with my order, which had the rep's note for the bracelet to be done in black/silver and for all the letters to be capitalized.
I just sent an email because this is ridiculous. I provided a screenshot of the slip with the bracelet as proof.
Not only was my order done wrong last time with the colors and there's a glitch when customer's type in their info for the lines, but the people responsible for making/placing the orders aren’t following instructions. And the people who package do not double-check the product with the packing slip.
I stated that if this can’t be fixed correctly that I want a full refund. I was really looking forward to this medical tag bracelet, and this experience has ruined that.
