On line shoping for very important gift. Two thin bands on in rose gold the other in silver. I found a perfect set, ordered one with a name in graved (+20. for engraving on each) the other with a birthdate engraved.
Waited extremely long time, Two weeks for shipping. Guess I am too use to Amazon..
When they arrived I was so disappointed the engraving was stamped on and missed the curve of the ring all together. The size was wrong.
Called and complained, sorry..emailed and received a nice response "Will give you 50% of your next order." NO RETURNS ON ENGRAVED Jewelry. Why would I order again, UM.
ADDing to the insult the rings turned her finger green, WHAT. Not real.

I have always given people the web site for Zenni, I get a half pair of glass (with insurance paying 50%of cost) at the eye doctors office for what I pay for FOUR pair at Zenni.. Plus I love them. Old timer ordered my first pair 2008 I believe it was that long ago..

My grandson was sent his Christmas hoover board, we did everything we could to make it work. Called no answer "try to connect you" said the answering mechine. Sent emails, reply was, return at your expense we will warranty, fix or repair!. $$$ what? I am going to have to seek other avenues to get taken care of. BAD BAD, same on HOOVER BOARD USA!
