Scam Seller — Do Not Trust

I ordered a product from Giftsur.com on September 18, 2025, after seeing it advertised on Facebook. Nearly a month later, the tracking number was fake, there was no shipment, and both support emails either bounced or went unanswered.

The Facebook page they used to advertise has now vanished. I’ve filed a PayPal claim for fraud. This is not a slow order — it’s a scam storefront.

Avoid this seller at all costs.

The 2024 Philadelphia steagall I think is what I got instead of an eagle

I don't even know how to start on how bad this dilapidated looking bird that's supposed to be a Philadelphia eagle collector's edition from crown Royal for winning the super bowl last year but I feel like I got punked the TV show from the '90s I've never seen in my life these is probably the worst blown glass of a bird in my life and they shipped it so well that's the most comical thing I've ever received online from across seas I totally get it I have no problem taking care of the needy if they need $80 than by all means I hope they use my money to invest in someone a bit better artist than using a 8-year-old who is trying to get a penny of my $80 I'll give the kid credit from whatever sweatshop he's working from and whatever cigarette lighter that he's using to make a blown glass. I wish I could put a picture on this review to what I was supposed to get from what I got I would probably be popular in minutes if I put this on Facebook right now on how bad this is. But I also don't want to embarrass myself for not properly looking into reviews of companies before purchasing but in my defense there was a very high rating on this in particular item. Please for the love of God for anyone who cherishes their City team and enjoy collective glassware please for the love of anything holy do not and I repeat this do not order from here for anything unless you want to have the world's most dilapidated item that you can possibly buy and have it shipped to you almost 5 months later in a form that is almost unrecognizable to what you ordered. And to this company do me a favor close up shop call it a day. And please try to hire someone who' above 4 ft and has already gone through adolescence. And knows how to spell their name. And possibly has their own shack. I would have had a better shot with them and do me also a favor if you don't have an actual mold of an eagle I would have been okay with around piece of glass at this point it could have been circular it could have been squared it could have been any other shape that every human should know by now as long as they're older than 5 years old. You people are so lucky I can't put a picture on this so lucky. Sincerely the person that's trying to take care of the less fortunate.

Outstanding Customer Service Who Care

I originally ordered a 'Puppy Fur Keepsafe Keychain' which arrived broken and did not hold fur in the tail as the advertised picture depicted. However, Amelia from Giftfors went above and beyond to help me find a replacement item from her store and was genuinely concerned with ensuring I was happy with the new item. The 'Angel Solar Light' I recieved in replacement is beautiful and of high quality and was shipped quickly. I love this beautiful bright Angel shining on my beloved Dog's memorial stone. Scam site and company

Scam, scam, scam
I purchased an expensive item from them back in July, after 6 weeks of not receiving it I requested a refund through PayPal.. This company then sent PayPal a delivery date claiming it was delivered the literal day I requested a refund and sent me a email stating it was no longer available in the warehouse and production had stopped so I could choose another product worth 15.00 more than my original item. PayPal denied my claim because the company tracking said delivered. I requested a refund with the company instead of a new item and I have not received any further emails from the company or the refund. I’m stop fighting with PayPal as well who continues to side with the very sleazy seller who knows how to work the system. I have a feeling I will eat the cost but I hope this finds you well before you end up like the rest of us dealing with this horrible company
and most likely fake site
