The company could improve their service by up front telling you that if the shoes don’t fit you’ll have to return them to the UK which costs over $30!!!

The poster was bent and nearly creased in a triangle box instead of being in a poster tube. Really can’t give as a gift.

The item was sent 2 weeks later than…
The item was sent 2 weeks later than the order previously had stated. We returned the package unopened to the PO. Now ForeverGifts (from China) says they’ll see about a refund… and they’ll only return a portion for a “stocking fee”.

Negative customer service- order #JL19650
The canvas apron was not the quality I envisioned so would like a return. This company has not after several weeks supplied me with a return address, except to give me a room number someplace in China to send to “if I’m in an urgent hurry” (which will cost $35 to mail!). Their response is they don’t have a return address yet!
