I’m very disappointed with my recent order and the customer service experience. I ordered a 4.3-inch stamp, but received a 2-inch stamp instead—a completely different size. There was no notice, explanation, or communication beforehand.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the correct size was out of stock and they could only offer a 50% refund. I don’t understand how a company can knowingly ship the wrong item without asking the customer first, and then not issue a full refund for a product I didn’t order or agree to receive.
This was not a small mistake—it reflects poor handling and lack of transparency. I expected much better and unfortunately can’t recommend them based on this experience.
