BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! RETURNS ARE TO BE SENT TO CHINA! This merchant falsely advertises hassle free returns. They will offer other merchandise and a small percentage refund but not a full refund unless sending to a Chinese address which will likely be reported as not received.

This site is a scam and should be shut down!
I bought a dress and it took two weeks to arrive. The fit and quality were poor- very poor! I contacted them for a return and the cost to return to China was more than twice what I paid for the dress!
I got ripped off and settled for a 40% refund.
Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Disappointed and Frustrated with My Experienceis is my first time ever writing a…
This is my first time ever writing a review, but I feel it’s necessary after my bad experience. I ordered three dresses from Charleston Boutique (not to be confused with The Boutique Charleston). The first red flag was that shipping took over two weeks. The second was that none of the dresses had any tags on them. The third red flag was the poor quality.
All three dresses were too small, so I checked their return policy before ordering, which stated, “Customer responsible for return shipping.” That seemed reasonable. However, once I requested a return, they immediately replied offering me 25% cash back, 50% store credit, or a free replacement — none of which I wanted. I just wanted to return the dresses.
To my surprise, the cost to return the items was $64! Between the slow shipping, missing tags, poor sizing, and outrageous return cost, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from them again.

Fraudulent company does not have a US based store OR address to return items. Website claims for "easy" 30-day returns means shipping back to China at a high cost. I disputed the credit charge based on fraudulent claims and got my money back. Do NOT order from this company! The initial charge went through to a company based in the Netherlands. Substandard goods were shipped from China
Buyer beware!
Beware these stores advertising on facebook that give a locality in their name. The clothing store has nothing to do with Charleston SC. They are very cheaply made clothes from China. The stated "Hassle Free returns" means you need to send them back to China at an astronomical cost.
They sent a dress that only vaguely looked like the one in the catalog.
They sent a dress that only vaguely resembled the one in the catalog. Poorly made and too large. When I tried to return the dress per their return policy, I was informed I would need to pay customs charges back to China- I don't remember how much, but well in excess of the cost of the dress. At least 15 emails later, they offered to refund me $19, and I could keep the dress. That refund money arrived despite frequent check-ins and their insistence that they had sent it. I feel sure I was emailing a bot throughout. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I bought two dresses that looked really cute from a Facebook ad. The quality and fit of these dresses is horrendous. They are total garbage. The worst part is there is no way to return the items. When you email the company they tell you they’ll take something off the price or you can return the items to CHINA! It is not a US company.
Beware! This place is a scam
This place is a scam. The product you receive is complete junk. NOT what is shown online. It is shipped directly from China and doesn’t even have a fabric care label inside. Nothing. Just a cheap size label. Customer service is nonexistent. I’m going to try to file a claim through my credit card company.
Low quality clothes and horrid return policy
I requested to return and receive a refund for the products I ordered. I received 1 swim suit and two other items of clothing. I was informed that the swim suit was a not able to be returned. The other 2 items and could be returned for "shipping fees" between 45.00 and 75.00 dollars. The quality of the clothing is disappointing to say the least. It's not worth returning the item for cost. I will never shop from them again.
Everyneagtive thing said before is true..
Everything said before is true... lousy quality, sizing all messed up, and a nightmare to deal with for "easy" returns. AND, they are undoubtedly posting fake reviews b/c this company is as corrupt and shady as they come. Anyone know how to push back w/banks or the legal system?

I ordered 3 items from Charleston…
I ordered 3 items from Charleston Boutique and 2 were grossly oversized. I immediately contacted the email provided per return instructions. It has been a week and so far, I have received nothing but a runaround or no response. Not happy at all!
Horrible experience
I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Dress arrived several weeks after ordering, coming from China, not from NC as it appeared on website. The quality is horrible. One of the pockets of the dress was made of a different fabric. The dress was an orange paisley and the pocket was navy polka dot. I am still waiting for a refund.
The fashions are just what I like
The fashions are just what I like. Easy shopping and so far, good quality!!!
I really liked the selections
I liked the selection and I like tops in shades of pink and blue. So I bought 2.
Deceitful, dishonest, Chinese company portraying themselves to be in America
I fell for their FAKE ad on Instagram. First of all, they portray themselves as a boutique in Charleston, SC complete with photos of the city, etc. The clothing and models all look great, and the pricing seems reasonable. I placed an order for some tops, a dress and two pairs of shoes. It took over 2 weeks to get the order (which should have been a red flag, as most reputable companies send you a shipping confirmation soon after. They get all the merchandise from CHINA! When I finally received the first part of the order it had a bad very chemical-type smell. The clothing had NO tags, size tags and all of it was EXTREMELY POOR quality, crooked pockets, etc. I had to email them to ask where the rest of the order was. They would always respond and sign their emails, Love, or much love, Celine. Their website says free shipping, and 30-day money back guarantee. The latter is FALSE! You can return you items, but what they don’t tell you is you have to ship them back to China! Once I had made it clear I wanted to return all the items (as they were awfully made and not at all to the standard they portray, the game began…They told me that the cost to ship it back could be $50 to $110 USD in transport charges, $58 to $144 in customs clearance fees, ( How can it cost more that the whole order???) then proceeded to offer me instead: 10%, then 25% cash back (keep items and get “instant” partial refund) 50% store credit, usable toward any future purchase (as if I would buy any of this crap again) and “enjoy an even bigger discount.”. Eventually they upped their refund to 40%. I went back and forth with them and, realizing I had been totally scammed, I disputed this with my CC company, who unfortunately didn’t help me at all due to the website’s fine print section that says items may have to be shipped back overseas. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM-ARTIST COMPANY! They are deceitful, and their merchandise is total crap.
Not as advertised
After a long wait, I received the shoes I ordered. They were poorly constructed. In fact, there was no lining on the inside. The buckle on the top was flimsy and look liked sprayed tin. On the website, I looked like it had rhinestones on it! They said I could mail it back overseas and I would have to pay shipping and a $20 stocking fee. So I guess I am just out $50!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
This is a horrible company. The material of the blouse that I ordered was on sale was of such poor quality that I think I will use it as a dust rag. It was originally a $129.95 blouse on sale for $54.95.
If I wanted to return it for my money back, it would cost me $127 because I had to return it to China and also pay for custom clearance fees. It doesn’t say anything about China on the website. It was mailed to me from the USA. They must have taken some pictures in South Carolina and used them.
It is a scam. Don’t deal with them unless you want to lose some money.
This Website is a Scam
Merchandise is poor quality, thin and transparent. Merchandise does not arrive via UPS as stated in website. Arrives direct from China via Jin. Return policy involves mailing back to China with transport/custom fees paid by customer. Vendor offered 10%, then 25% cash refund, basically intending to keep 90-75% of my US dollar payment. No US representation to support their EASY return policy. No such Boutique in Charleston, nor SC, nor US.
