Thinking this was an actual brick and mortar store in South Carolina I ordered 2 items. After receipt of the items today one didn't fit. I followed instructions to receive a refund and find out how to return item. Turns out, this company is Chinese, will only offers 25% of purchase price and let me keep unusable item or store credit, OR ship back to them for estimated$25-$72 fees for transport and custom clearance fees.. Very "Scammy" company. Will not do business again with them and highly doubt I will receive the 25% cash back. Be aware and don't be a sucker like I was.

Very dissatisfied with purchase of dress. Size was way off. Material was cheap. Very ugly. If I had known it was coming from China I wouldn’t have taken the chance of ordering this online.

This product was easy to use to make the impression. I had contact with their customer service about the delay of the USPS which worried me due to possible fitting issues once it was received. There customer service was prompt in answering my concerns. When I received the retainer it was tight on my daughter's bite but she was able to use it more comfortably after a day or so. My advice is to opt for the quicker shipping options and pay the extra shipping fee. The price of the retainer was very reasonable. I would use this company again for retainer replacements, if needed, in the future.
