Fake return policy, total scam, do not buy from them

After reading these reviews, I contacted CS before making my purchase and confronted them on the restocking fees. It took 2 emails for them to admit it, then they begrudgingly claimed on some occasions they do and it is explained in the return policy. I sent them the return policy from the website and pointed out it that no, it does not mention the restocking fees. They acted surprised. I have never seen more overt BS. This company is obviously a total scam.

What everyone else said

What everyone else said. Plus, their website does not work well and it erases your cart after login. And they post discount codes on their site for free shipping that do not work and offers of 10% for signups which error out. CS denies it and will not offer the discounts retroactively.

SCAM+RIPOFF

I have over $400 in credits from all the restaurants that went out of business. There is no way I could possibly spend it. Besides all the restaurants on the site now being low end garbage, the deals are petty like $15 gets $30. They refuse to give me any of my money back. They won't reply to emails, chats, or calls.

They delete discounts listed on their own website at checkout. SCAM

Their website posted a discount of 20% off. I placed an $800 order and they removed the discount right as I ordered and refused to honor it. I tried emailing their Customer Service and the email BOUNCED as undeliverable. I called twice and spoke to their call center in South Africa and they said they would fix it and I got an email saying they would not fix it. Run Away.

WARNING: Superficial Content for Beginners only, NO REFUNDS

This service is clearly designed for beginner investors who just want to be told exactly what to do, not for investors with complex portfolios or who are willing to research themselves. Had I known that I never would have bothered with it. I thought there would be lots of quality material but there is simply Tom and Dave's 15 or so equities with a formulaic approach. And A LOT of SPAM. Unsubscribing does not work. Many of their recommendations are not even rated a Buy per my CFA or Morningstar. Today was the final straw when I tried to search for ETFs of interest and I found no info at all on all 10 I am purchasing. I tried to request a refund and they refuse to prorate. THey said I had to cancel within 30 days. That is what companies do when they know they have a bad service.

Scam do not use

Scam. Do not order from them. I thought I was ordering from farmers markets. Instead, for the majority of the produce they gave me the same brands that are sold at Whole Foods. ALso, without checking with me or getting approval, they substituted a number of my branded non-produce items for different things that are awful and I do not want. Finally, the order was delivered very cold, refrigerator temperature. That is not ok for a lot of produce and as a result that produce is ruined. They are not answering the phone so I will be disputing the charges.

Review of Adagio Teas

Low Quality

Low Quality, Does Not Stand By Products, 35% Return Fee
Spent over $100 on 12 varieties of their tea because they represented it as "being similar to Lupicia" which is no longer sold where I live. Received the product and found all the flavored teas to be infused with extremely low quality so-called "Natural" flavors that dominate the tea. I have been drinking teas and flavored teas for decades, always the highest quality available. I never thought it could be possible to have tea this bad.
