Forget about returning anything if you don't like it. The company name makes one think it's US-based. It's not. To return you need to mail it overseas. Wish I'd read the (poor) reviews before placing an order. Feel like I've been scammed.

UNBELIEVABLE and ILLEGAL. Booked a flight earlier today for 2 of us. Website won't let me cancel reservation now, although you're supposedly guaranteed to be able to cancel within 24 hours. Website sends me to the automated chat agent who says it can't cancel it and that I need to CALL to cancel. I'm on hold and the wait time is said to be 3 hours. Looks like I may never get my $1,000 back for these tickets. HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
