They sent a dress that only vaguely looked like the one in the catalog.

They sent a dress that only vaguely resembled the one in the catalog. Poorly made and too large. When I tried to return the dress per their return policy, I was informed I would need to pay customs charges back to China- I don't remember how much, but well in excess of the cost of the dress. At least 15 emails later, they offered to refund me $19, and I could keep the dress. That refund money arrived despite frequent check-ins and their insistence that they had sent it. I feel sure I was emailing a bot throughout. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

First time using Airalo. No success.

First time using Airalo. Downloaded it and tried following all directions. I bought a package for the UK I was never able to access the internet at any point unless I had Wi-Fi.
I have voiced my opinion twice to customer support and would like a refund. I have yet to hear back.

Sadly small

Loved the concept and impetus as a fundraiser, but size medium is more like extra small/petite. I cannot give them as gifts as intended especially the fabric feels like it may shrink. Can I exchange?
