This is a total sham. Poor quality fabric, decided to return. Must email them, as that's their policy, there's no packing slip. In their reply, very cordial, they say for returns "there are significant costs and logistics" involved since items are made/shipped from partners overseas: $25-55 in transport charges, $28-72 in customs fees. I'll donate to a shelter.
