I have never felt so scammed by an online company than Charleston Boutique. I ordered a dress that when received was a piece of garbage. The style was not as pictured nor was the color. When I wanted to return it I could do so by paying international freight and customs or exchange it for free. I felt the only way I could recoup my money was to order something else, that I did for less than the original item (that was an outrageous amount considering what was sent. It was nothing like pictured. What appeared to be a hip length blouse actually came down to my knees. I have given up and accept that I will never order from someone who does not have a brick and mortar presence.
