Charleston Boutique, What A Scam
What a scam. Of course there is no "brick & mortar" actual shop This is not a "boutique" but Chinese mail order of horrible clothing. They ship substandard clothing from China and not by UPS as they mention. The materials used are tissue paper thin and almost feel like plastic. Three days after I ordered I found out about them and asked to cancel my $172 order. Not possible, "in transit". No, it was not in transit yet. There is no return paper work and upon research returns are next to impossible. Why are they being allowed to continue in the USA?
