Horrible experience

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Dress arrived several weeks after ordering, coming from China, not from NC as it appeared on website. The quality is horrible. One of the pockets of the dress was made of a different fabric. The dress was an orange paisley and the pocket was navy polka dot. I am still waiting for a refund.

Where is my product?

Where is my product?
I ordered a fitness ring on May 3. I received an email on May 10 that it was in transit. I understand there are shipping delays due to Covid. On June 3, I contacted customer service since it was 30 days from my purchase. I received a reply that it was in transit. It is now June 10, 5 1/2 weeks since my purchase. When I go to the website to track the package, it has not been updated since May 10. I am extremely disappointed in the service and would never purchase from this company again.
