I would rate it less than one star if I could. This is a scam company pretending to be located in CA but are in fact located in Asia. They say on their website that you are responsible for shipping return items but you have to dig deeper to see you pay to send it back to Asia! Quality of material very poor. Do not buy from this company!!!

I would prefer giving this company less than a ONE STAR as their sizing is poor. I take a size 4 women’s shoe and the pair that I bought fall off my feet. As another customer stated below, they said I need to send them back paying a shipping cost of $30 more dollars. That’s $99 for nothing. They said I could order a size 3 women’s but I would not get full reimbursement for the first pair and would have to pay shipping costs on the new pair with no guarantee that they would fit.
I am giving these shoes to the homeless. At least someone will benefit from them. Shameful!!!
This is a scam and if you are thinking of purchasing anything from Olivia’s. Boutique, California, DO NOT YOU WILL BE 100% disappointed. I have learned my lesson and will never order from some Chinese scammer again. Just google the company name and read the lousy reviews.
Products are made in China and the website is deceiving as to the quality of their products. There is no USA-based warehouse to accept returns. Returns are be returned to China at a cost of about $30. This is so disappointing for buyers
