I ordered a top that I was hoping to wear to the Eagles concert at the Sphere in Las Vegas. I paid 13.99 for expedited shipping. Here it is, a week later, no top and no response to my emails that I've written to them. I've requested my order be canceled, we'll see how that goes.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 3 shirts and none of them looked like the images and all 3 fit horribly!! I tried to return but although the internet states it's an American company, you have to ship back to China. I soooo regret ordering from this company. They took my money and I got 3 crappy shirts I'll never wear.

I ordered my wife four shirts one came in the mail when I contacted them. They were apologetic said they would send me the shirts when they were made. I expressed to them that I wanted a refund. It has been a month still no resolution.

Most terrible experience I have ever encountered. Ordered a sweatshirt, got an item that was poor quality, poorly made, not material as advertised. Returned item to California where was shipped from, company says they can’t get it from there because I didn’t spend another $30-$50 to send it back to China. This company is deceiving, liars that should be shut down in the US. They do not make their apparel in the US as stated on their website. Complete fraud!

Poor quality, cheap fabrics, poor production. Took one month to receive order. Waste of money! Scam!

Never again. Ordered 4 blouses. Only received 1 after 3 weeks. Did not like and tried to return per their policy and they will not provide a return only a $15 appeasement. Close them down.

I would give my experience a zero if I could. I wish I had looked at reviews elsewhere before I purchased. This is a total scam. The items I received were of horrible quality, advertised as corduroy but actually some kind of thin polyester fabric. Although the site said you could return, when I inquired about it, I was told I could not. Also, they said they would refund half of my money, but never did. I basically threw 88 bucks in the trash.

I ordered 3 shirts have been waiting for 2 weeks finally received my shipping information and was shipped to Texas and I live in New Jersey. I have sent numerous emails and have received only a few responses. I did not realize the items were being shipped from China.

I will never buy from them again.

Stay away! I ordered 4 shirts for over $120. The sizing is very weird and they didn't fit. I didn't want to order in a different size because they fit in some places and not in others. Tried to return. First they said returns are not economical and offered me $45 and asked if I would accept. I said no. Next email offered $54 and said that's the best they could do. I said i wanted the return address and a full refund. Still waiting for reply.

Horrible customer service. It took over a month for the order to come and then the quality of the 3 shirts was horrible. The actual print is only on the outside of the blouse and the material is thick like canvas. So disappointed

All I have to say is who are the women modeling these tops! Someone must be paying them to advertise. I have ordered 3 tops and none of them are like the ads! The fabric is cheap, and they came in bags that have no information on them about Cherrybetty. No bag, no tags and no name tagin the top! Is Cherrybetty an actual store? Is this an AI Store? I mean really! Shame on them!! Boycott!

This website doesn't deserve a 1-star rating. It deserves a negative-star rating. I ordered a top from them. When it finally came in, it was obviously a cheap knock-off. I immediately requested a refund and emailed them per their return policy, asking for an address to make the return. They emailed me back stating "we consider that the return of goods is a bit uneconomical because it is clearly stated in our refund policy that we cannot provide return labels, so we can directly refund you $18 as compensation and then you can keep all your items." I told them I wanted a complete refund. Never heard back from them, so I filed a claim with my bank. It was denied because they lied and stated they sent me a return address and I refused to send it back to them. FRAUD!!

If I could give my experience as a zero I would! Poor quality product. Delayed shipping. Sized too small. Virtually impossible to return. Expect to be dissatisfied. I was offered $15 for 3 blouses and would have to pay for shipping to China. It was necessary to put a dispute in with my CC company. Beware! Stay away!!!

Well, I got a top that seemed so cute on the ad. But it was NOTHING like the ad. It was a cheap polyester fabric, the pattern hardly resembled the ad, old fashioned pearl buttons and very long. Not a cute 3/4 sleeve top to tuck into jeans. Do not buy from cherrybetty. You will not get a response to your customer service inquiry. This is the cheapest of scam clothing ever.

The top I ordered came with snaps up the front and on the sleeves, that would not snap, even with a hammer! Had to sew the front together and roll up the sleeves. Poorest quality corduroy I’ve ever seen. Believed the hype but not again! 😩

You would do well to dodge this bullet. The clothes are not what they appear to be in the ads. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. If your clothes don’t fit, forget getting in touch with them. I had 14 days to return, I’ve spent 18 days trying to get someone to contact me back with a return address. Nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now I’m watching my credit card like a hawk to make sure they don’t rack up charges. So far so good in that but it’s only been a month since my purchase.

False advertising - the quality of the clothing is sub-standard. The pictures on their site show high quality, brightly colored fabric and what you get is a low quality dull colored polyester blend.
Their return policy says "the tags must still be on the product" - there are no tags attached nor are there tags sewn at the neckline or down the side. Only the bag they came in has the size printed on it. Plus it took a month to get here, isn't located in California and the packaging is written in Chinese:(

I would give a zero but it’s not an option they advertise beautiful clothing but what you get is trash. It’s not even close to what you order the material is cheap and they try to make it look like the ones shown but that’s the sad part they do not even come close the color and print is all nothing like advertised. I was taken for over 200.00 they will Ofer you money but nothing close to what you pay and tell you to keep the merchandise and it’s not even usable. I advise anyone who sees their ad to avoid losing their hard earned money I have reported them to bbb and fair trade commission hope they get shut down.

Cherry Betty advertisements on social media give the false impression that the clothing comes from US boutiques. The items actually come from China and take weeks to arrive (if they even do). Returns are not possible…a fraction of a refund was offered for a shirt I received they did not fit. Very disappointing
