Ariston clas1. 8 year guarantee in new build. 6 years old and it developed a leak. Got my own trusted engineer, local not several hundred miles away, therefore not repaired under guarantee. Parts needed and difficult to remove. Next boiler will be a different make, one easy to service and maintain. The part leaking is a known ariston clas1 fault. 3 identical boilers in my neighbourhood, all the same age and all have had to be repaired for the same fault

I have an Ariston Andris Lux 15l 2kw undersink water heater. It was originally installed in June 2020. The tank leaked in 2022 and was replaced under warranty. It is now 2025 and the second tank has again leaked.
I contacted Ariston as I think 3 tanks required in just over 5 years isn't acceptable. I received the expected response that my tank was out of warranty. However it was accompanied by a comment 'that it would be advisable to get my installer to contact Ariston whilst on site doing the installation so they could provide advice for a more durable installation' Maybe Ariston should get advice on how to build a heater with a tank that doesn't leak after a couple of years causing damage.
I would give zero stars if possible for quality and customer service.

Pending on the department and the day our experiences have varied. When we have checked the Professional Teams website and the information is not available we try contact Ariston and the response we get is "check Profession Teams" ... We have!! Phones are sometimes answered so unfortunately then email is the only form of contact to chase orders or queries. Something that could take minutes to sort takes hours waiting for email response. Also email addresses are constantly changed so you wait for a response that will never come.

Whilst we are very happy with the Ariston ASHP and its controls so far, it is very noisy compared to our previous NIBE unit, and not so attractive in terms of design / colour

We had some issue with our Elco boiler and Gabriella from CS team was working towards the resolution.
I have to put a specific mention to Gabriella as she kept working in the background till she provided an exact solution.
This is attributed to Gabriella's customer centric attitude and the training the business has provided her!
Please keep up the good work and I wish more businesses take this approach.

Ariston electric water heaters were installed for my rented flats in January 2025. One of them was faulty and I had to call out engineers to repair. In the end the heater was replaced. My experience dealing with the customer contact was exceptional. The engineer visits and the replacement did not cost me any. All my hot water heaters have been working perfectly.

Had to book a warranty repair today after my annual service revealed a leaking heat exchanger. The customer service operator, Pinar, was clear, thorough, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. It's rare to find this kind of superb customer service, she is a real credit to the company.
