Ariston electric water heaters were…

Ariston electric water heaters were installed for my rented flats in January 2025. One of them was faulty and I had to call out engineers to repair. In the end the heater was replaced. My experience dealing with the customer contact was exceptional. The engineer visits and the replacement did not cost me any. All my hot water heaters have been working perfectly.

I am a landlord and changing the water…

I am a landlord and changing the water heaters for the flats. Having chosen Ariston Velis Evo 45 electric boilers, one of them broke down. After unsuccessful expensive repairs, the faulty newly installed boiler was replaced without any expenses incurred to me.
Ariston customer service was excellent being polite and most helpful every time I rang. The company sent local engineers to repair and replace. The engineers were also very helpful to try and sort out to my satisfaction. I will go for Ariston boilers again for other houses.
