Paul here from RAC , I’ve just mended a Kia with a fix from Gary the workshop foreman. Carly on reception was an absolute legend ,and put me through to the workshop. The fix has saved an awful lot of hassle. It was a car for a wheelchair user, no loan car needed,and the dealer didn’t have to work on it,speeding up everybody elses repairs .Everybody is now super happy and all the result of Gary taking the time out to help me . Total legend . And Carly , well she’s just an absolute superstar . 11/10 . Why aren’t other car dealers like this ?

It took about 3 weeks to fix my ATAG…

It took about 3 weeks to fix my ATAG boiler which Ariston kindly bought out the company ATAG, which undoubtedly will mean a lack of supply of parts i may need in the future . I belted home for an appt to fix it (as if you’re not there at home they will bill you £600 for non attendance) only to find no engineer , as they had cancelled the appt via email 2 hours before . So where’s my £600 for engineer non attendance then ? I guess that, after the warranty period on he atag expires , when it breaks down next it will be scrap due to no parts .Not a happy bunny right now . The part took 2-3 weeks to arrive , the part was for sale on eBay for next day delivery btw.Only bonus we had ,was it saved £100 on gas as it wasn’t working . Log burner was in overtime .
