Only not giving 5stars because of the initial experience.
The 4stars only reflects the service from Nuzrat Jabar a senior manager at Ariston who took hold of my matter after 5weeks of no progress and swiftly dealt with the partner engineers, parts etc to resolve the matter within a few days. Thank you so much Nuzrat you dealt with this superbly and it's only due to your efforts and resolution I've given 4stars.
Otherwise I would be giving this 0stars.
