4 stars reflects Nuzrat Jabar

Only not giving 5stars because of the initial experience.

The 4stars only reflects the service from Nuzrat Jabar a senior manager at Ariston who took hold of my matter after 5weeks of no progress and swiftly dealt with the partner engineers, parts etc to resolve the matter within a few days. Thank you so much Nuzrat you dealt with this superbly and it's only due to your efforts and resolution I've given 4stars.

Otherwise I would be giving this 0stars.

Aron and Shane delivered my new oven

Aron and Shane delivered my new oven. They were absolutely brilliant, and the communication was spot on. They informed me when they're due to arrive and once they arrived. They delivered the product with great care into my property where I wanted it. Finally they were great friendly guys which represent a very positive image of Marks Electrical as a company.
