The engineer was professional and got straight to the cause of the problem with my boiler. He was polite and informed me exactly why my boiler had broken down in a way I could understand. I am very happy with his work. Thankyou.

My engineer mark

My engineer mark, worked above and beyond his duty of care. He very quickly got to the root of the problem of my hoover washing machine. Not only is this man an excellent engineer, he is a credit to your company. Whilst acting a professional manner he showed kindness and compassion to my situation as a widow. And that in my book is the most important of all x
