Top class service from Ariston

Contacted Ariston, they were very helpful from the start, booked me an appointment which was fine. Then received a call from the engineers to arrange a time and date. All arranged but then I had to change it which wasn’t a problem. The engineer arrived and was very friendly and helpful, sorted the issue in super quick time. Highly recommended

Purchase of the key was very straight forward but the guide to activate it was completely wrong, it didn’t offer the phone activation at all so I had to activate it via web even though the advise was not to, luckily it worked as I would not have known what to do next

Poor quality product

I ordered a pair of Moccasins directly from the Ted Baker website, when they arrived the white sole all around the shoe was covered in grey marks indented into the material, i contact customer support who sent an automated message to say they would get back to me within 72 hours, 7 days later still no response so i had to chase them, then they replied straight away! I asked for their advise re the marks and asked what options were available, all i got back was a returns note and then to be told if they were not faulty they would be sent back to me! i had only had then 1 day when i raised the case! I returned them through what can only be described as a very complicated returns process until i got my head around it then to be fair was fairly straight forward. I have used Ted Baker for years and this experience has really put me off ever buying from you again sorry to say. Not the experience i expected from a premium brand. ticket number 1886531

All went smoothly and goods arrived within the time scales but the quality of the AirPods is very poor, the sounds quality is poor, Bluetooth range poor, I guess you get what you pay for!

Professional and enjoyable purchase of a Ford Kuga

We went to view a Ford Puma which turned out to be unavailable but they had another one to road test which we liked, then we spotted a Kuga which we road tested and loved it so much we bought it.
Damian was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process and ensured everything was in order from purchase to collection. We are very happy with the car, apart from the ad-blue light coming on during the drive home which was a bit disappointing as I had to fill it up after just being serviced a few days before.
