The engineer arrived when he said he would and was very efficient. Pleasant young man and the work was carried out with no problems or delays.

Easy to access, easy to order with friendly staff.

The company is helpful and responsive. I recently had to return an item and there was no problem at all. The company acknowledged receipt and gave an immediate refund. This is the first time I've had to return anything and I've bought many items from them over the years.
Good designs, good quality always.

Minor fault

my engineer was not totally happy with the installation as there was a booming noise when the appliance was turned on. She called the company and the engineer came some days later. He thought it was water pressure and adjusted it. I think it very expensive of your company to charge £99 for this visit as the fault was discovered on installation. Incidentally, I am not Mr. Bagley, you should get that right.
