Issue resolved

There was an inital mishap in scheduling due to some issue in the articulation between the UK call centre and their Irish support team, which led to a delay in getting an Ariston technitian to look at our boiler. Once that hurdle was overcome, I was very pleased with the friendly treatment throughout the process and the knowledgeble handling of the issue.

Dear Ivan, we apologize for the dalay with the repair. Unfortunately due to the upcoming winter time the Service Partner are starting to experience a very high volume of requests for repairs. However we confirm that the case has been internally escalated and the Customer Service's manager is currently working on your case. We will provide an update at the soonest.
