I have purchased the same item in the past and I am well satisfied with the results.

Review of Hays Travel
Your local rep telephoned his superiors for conformation of our booking. We waited for at least 15 minutes for a reply only to find that it would actually cost £10 more. We agreed to pay that and he phoned back with that information. We waited on a reply for at least twenty minutes and gave up. We went home and will have to make another 20 mile journey to the Gylle in Edinburgh to pick up our documents.

Second visit to fix the leak from our boiler was no more successful than the first.
The engineer told us that he has ordered some parts, but we do not know when these will arrive.

The cover and cost of the Gold Cover were both much more than we required. Indeed the holiday would have been unaffordable for us without the Silver option .

I ordered some plants last year from three different suppliers. The plants from D.T. Brown arrived on time, in good condition and well packed.
That was not the case for one other supplier.
This year I am a repeat customer only for D.T. Brown.
Review of Suttons
I am still waiting for a lupin plant ordered many months ago. I have no recent information on when it will be shipped.
The sweet pea delivery which I received last month was a disaster. The plants were all dried up and most were dead on arrival. None of them grew.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way. My latest order went through brilliantly. I telephoned Laithwaites on Friday. After a short delay of less than five minutes I dictated my requirement. The order taker was polite, friendly and efficient. He told me that both wines I had requested were in stock and delivery would be within three working days.
The order was delivered on the Monday afternoon. The courier was also friendly and efficient delivering the wines to my backdoor as requested.
The quality of both Australian red wines ( Mc Pherson's Full 15 and the Black Stump Durif ) is superb. This service has reduced the pain of lockdown.
