Bought a car today, very busy branch so had to wait 30+ mins even though we’d booked an appointment. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Found the extra addons too long and time wasting and I was never going to buy any add ons although I understand they need to go through them. All was good until we picked up the car, the key we were given was a complete mess and beasted like a dog had got it! This wasn’t mentioned once on the test drive and I felt like the guy was hiding it in his pocket! We were only given one key which was a shame. It would have been nice if we’d been told it was an ex hire car too

I had a DEEBOT previously and the CS was great, it had to go back for repair a few times but it was always fixed in a timely manner. Once it went wrong again and the warranty ran out I decided to upgrade. What a mistake!! Went wrong after a couple of months, sent it for repair where it’s now been for 2 months with no updates. CS say they can’t call their own service company, only email. They’ve requested a replacement but need to have it approved, this was weeks ago. I honestly don’t want a replacement now just my money back so trying to claim through credit card. Even today couldn’t connect to the UK customer services, only given the option for Germany. Something has seriously gone wrong with this company

I quickly ordered contact lenses at 11 pm last night and they arrived at 9 am today. I didn’t actually think this was possible, what an amazing service so impressed, plus a free pack of haribos!! 😊

I was given the wrong part numbers despite sending photo and serial number of my heater. When I received the parts and realised this I sent them back but only received a partial refund as they parts had been opened. I messaged Ariston but my mail was ignored.

Comes top of google when typing car tax renewal and looks genuine. Don’t get conned!! If you do contact them straight away and they should refund you.

I was a bit nervous about using this company after reading some reviews. I put in my credit card details and was then sent an email asking to send bank transfer instead. I took a gamble and paid the money. I got email confirmation that the money was received and items shipped. I was kept informed the whole time with shipping tracking and email confirmations and received my items in just over a couple of weeks at an excellent cost too. Highly recommend this company

This company scam you for an extra £29!!!!

In a panic to renew a passport I accidentally went through this site, wasn’t aware they were allowed to exist. Booked an appointment which only offered a 2 hour time slot and took 2 HOURS to receive confirmation, so not thinking it was booked my partner in meantime had gone through the official channel so we had double booked.

I asked the HMRC why this site exists and they said they couldn’t take them down as they’re not strictly illegal. Hopefully one day they will
