Disgusting in every respect

Disgusting in every respect. On hold talking to support person #6. Was promised a callback by first agent. SHE NEVER DID!! Got disconnected twice by two other agents. This company must hire the dregs of the planet.

Terrible Customer Service

When called in to the apple service centre in Singapore, different advisors provide different CONTRADICTING advice. The second advisor mentioned that the information said by the previous advisor (when called in previously) is wrong. Thereafter, when called to the apple hotline the 3rd time, another advisor picked up the call and said that the information said by the 2nd advisor previously is inaccurate.

When the 2nd advisor returned back the call 20 minutes later than the previously scheduled time, after talking about the next steps, the call suddenly got cut off and he never called back anymore. When customer called back the apple hotline again to ask for the same advisor to continue his response, another advisor picked up the phone and said he was unable to redirect the call to the 2nd advisor despite customer providing the name of the 2nd advisor. Why is apple customer service so unreliable, irresponsible and totally unprofessional???

Purchased iTunes voucher by mistake

I recently purchased an iTunes card by mistake I meant to buy an Apple gift card. Getting a refund from Apple was difficult as it depended on which support staff member I spoke to . The first one hung up on me after 20 minutes on the phone to him others said thee was nothing they could do then Marcos sorted it out for me. If you can get your issue sorted keep trying until you get someone who knows what they’re doing.

What a waste this big tech company…

What a waste this big tech company support is. Those people don’t deserve to be sitting and handling any stuff. I bought a iphone which stopped working on the second day of use.. thought it is apple so willget a replacement soon. And it’s been three weeks and spoken to dozens of reps to get the replacement but everytime I send the device to apple repair centers they return the same device by saying they couldn’t find the issue. Totally lost my trust from such a reputed company.

My daughter changed and forgotten her…

My daughter changed and forgotten her password. She eventually caused her device to lock down and disable. I put it on recovery mode because I forgot her icloud password. Contacted Apple Support and within 3 days time I was able to change her password and gain full access to her device. Of course I showed receipt of purchase and whatever else to let them know it was rightfully hers. Thank you Apple!

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. I have an issue with my Apple ID and password. I never received the link or phone instructions to reset my password for my Apple ID. Customer service department is absolute horse shtt. They couldn’t even find why I wasn’t receiving the link to reset my password. After out not finding why my account wasn’t receiving their link, their next best alternative was to just hang up because they have no answer. I would call back multiples times, just for me to reinstate my issue and have them hang up again. Simply the greatest experience you can enjoy.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!
Apple charged me twice for my iCloud storage. Trying to make the person on Apple support understand I need to be refunded and my old subscription cancelled was like pulling teeth. Which might I add still hasn’t been resolved and I will have to call back tomorrow. I’m just amazed that such a simple task can be dealt with and even tried To tell me that my seven-year-old son had originally taken our storage subscription. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Clueless

To say that apple support wasn't helpful is an understatement. The first person I talked to said he would send an email with instructions to get me back into my disabled iphone and never did. One of the people I talked to told me to screenshare on my laptop which I did and she then told me to do something which I did which not only did not help but increased the amount of time I have to wait to get back into my phone. Whether or not I'll ever get back in remains to be seen, but if you're locked out of your phone, good luck because they clearly are just as clueless as I am.

My experience every time I need to call…

My experience every time I need to call Apple Support is this:

- Call, ask for someone who is an expert at the particular software or component I'm having a problem with. E.g. Logic, or itunes or Networks.
- The person says "I can help you" and neglects to transfer me. Having gone through this so many times, I know that this person is not an expert and is just going to be doing online searches for keywords in what I say. Essentially googling what I tell them, but searching their support database.
- I say, "actually, can you please just transfer me? I need an expert." They say "I can help you? I'm a senior advisor" or something to that effect.
- I patiently run through my issue with them. They can barely retain what I'm saying. They often seem to have no idea even what the program is. I've literally talked to people who've never heard of Logic. I once had a person who didn't know what an iMac was. I'm serious.
- Finally after about 20 minutes of wasted time, I get transferred to a real expert. If I'm lucky, this person can resolve it. About half the time, they can't.

Joke

The funny thing is, the job of the support team is to make life easier. When in reality it does the complete opposite. I attempted to return my iPhone XR battery case and they were of no help whatsoever. Spent 30+ minutes trying to update my phone to fix it (an update which is entirely irrelevant). Just to waste my time. All I wanted to do was return the damn product, but I guess that’s just too hard to figure out.

If I could give less starts I would,appalling service

If I could give less stars I would ,I spoke to 2 people regarding in app purchase that wasn’t complete and had error. They both couldn’t help to get my refund and referred me to apparently top manager who was more useless than them. Who kept repeating himself teaming he had no power over the third party seller. So basically once your purchase goes wrong and the game developer refuses to refund you you r stuck as itune managers are useless and unable to help. You r just lost around 11 customers today, and hopefully more to follow. Will purchase devices from more competent sellers. Apple service really gone down hill.
The call was made between 10:13-10:45 on 04/01/2022. Who that manager was , I think you better find a job elsewhere otherwise you r just losing customers .waste of time

So bad!!!

So bad!!!! I bought a computer preloaded with software...HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! The software would not update because it said the purchase was refunded...no it was not. So I called to get a refund so I could buy it on the app store and delete the apps they installed. It took 4 hours and 13 people who kept passing me off to the same departments for them to finally tell me that I would have to return the entire computer. So I took it into the apple store and returned it and NOW THE REFUND IS INCORRECT!!!! So i have now clocked about 4:30 hours to NOT solve the problem and now I have to wait for more stupid supervisors or next dispute it with my credit card. WHAT HAPPENED TO APPLE???? SO BAD!!!!!

Apple ID…

I have waited 9 days for a response for the account recovery team and still have not received one. However if I go out into I forgot my ID it now says 13 more days. This is not right. I just got a new phone and cannot use it. Why ?

Itunes software encrypt my iphone…

Itunes software encrypt my iphone backup by itself. I never put in password for my backups. They deny it and can’t help resolve their applications errors. Seems like they some jerks working for apple who likes to have fun locking peoples stuff.

My iphone x battery had swelled up

My iphone x battery had swelled up and one side of the screen was separated from the phone. I read online that this is not uncommon among iphone x. I called Apple, went down to the QCD and the last call i made 1 of the officer told me something about phone battery degrades over time. But the problem is, the S brand phone i was using prior to my iphone x is still working fine. Btw, i am using 11 pro max now so both the S phone and my iphone x are my spare phones. I switched from the other brand to iPhone thinking that iphone is more durable. But i was so wrong.

I HATE Apple.

My back gave in whilst out walking my dogs, and in the struggle to get home in agony, I lost my phone. I have bought a new iPhone 13 and have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get back into my iCloud account and Apple could not care less. I am struggling with debilitating pain, immobile and potentially heading into hospital for spine surgery in the middle of a pandemic, they will NOT let me in my account. So I have no one's numbers, none of my apps, so I will be alone in hospital with no visitors and no contact with the outside world. Despite the fact that I have enough ID to open a bank account or travel the world, precious Apple deems it appropriate to keep me in Apple jail. I would have defected to Samsung but I used my inheritance from my mother who died this year to buy an Apple watch. So I am stuck with AWFUL customer service and a company who care nothing for its customers. I HATE them.

I’m unhappy with service that I’m…

I’m unhappy with service that I’m receiving from the online support and the apple store that I visited last week to help me out. As a long standing apple customer this is not the usual response I get. And I’m disgusted by this as apple have made me feel stupid and unwelcome. I only buy the apple products for the support I get when I get an issue and this has been absolute disgusting and I feel like I’m gonna change my favourite phone,watch,pc,laptop brand (use to be my favourite) to someone else.

What happen was that I purchased a brand new iPhone 13 pro and I wanted to upgrade it to the appleCare plus. I set a reminder for 2 days before my 60days finish and for some reason my reminder has disappeared and I have not been able to find it why it went missing. However it’s been few days over my 60days now so I looked at Google and it said that if I go into the one of the apple stores they will be able to help me by inspecting my phone and see if I’m eligible to get the applecare plus. So after my arrivals into the store that I had to travel for nearly 2 hours one way- they seemed like they just did not care and made me feel stupid and disgusting as they just kept on cracking stupid jokes with their staff and chatting away and ignoring me right in front of me even after I explained my issue. Then I had enough of them making me feel like an idiot I asked to speak to the manager- so the manager arrived looking all untidy and half a sleep clearly he did not wanna be there and to hear my issue and told me straight away that I can’t get AppleCare anymore and not to bother him anymore and told me to call the apple support. I even showed the manager what it said on Google about bringing the phone in in case you have passed the 60 days. And the manager response was that that’s fake and that they don’t do that anywhere. Which made me feel stupid EVEN more. So after that I got home and called apple support the women put me on hold nearly an hour even after I explained the situation about the service I got and about my apple care plus. Then she responded that I need to go into the store to sort this out……. I told her I been into the store and they told me to call the apple support. So what is going on here all I want is applecare plus on my brand new iPhone….. yes I know I extended 2 days over my 60 day period and I understand it’s my fault but why is it so hard for me to get someone to help to resolve this matter?! I also emailed the apple a day after the 60days finished and I still haven’t heard nothing back. I left feedback for the Solihull apple store online of how they made me feel stupid and disgusting.

Can you just please sort this out for me as I really have no more patience for this and I don’t want to waste any more of my time as I work 3 jobs.
