Thermostat just started draining batteries suddenly so I went to help forum and it seems a lot of people are having the same problem at the same time . Coincidence??? Contacted netatmo and was told it was faulty and I would have to send it to France at a cost of €44 plus postage for repair . No way of turning on heating while I wait for it to be repaired. I would rather spend my money on a more whole new more reliable system than trust netatmo again.

Great 80s music good food an atmosphere. Last year was a muck fest but still had a great time . Only negative was the time it to to get in on Friday and no toilets in basic camping. Will definitely be at the next one .

1and a half hour queue to get booked in . Tent good condition good toilets and showers. Good bar area with music. Food very expensive and long queues. Boiler broke Saturday morning so no tea or coffee for the day . No tea Sunday and no ice at bar.

I recently purchased an iTunes card by mistake I meant to buy an Apple gift card. Getting a refund from Apple was difficult as it depended on which support staff member I spoke to . The first one hung up on me after 20 minutes on the phone to him others said thee was nothing they could do then Marcos sorted it out for me. If you can get your issue sorted keep trying until you get someone who knows what they’re doing.

Order never arrived and when I emailed them they told me order had been cancelled as not in stock but never informed me.

I purchased the wrong size case by accident when I requested return information I got no reply . Would not use this company again .

Had this cooker 3 years when oven door fell off also knobs break after very short time only glued on . Would not buy a leisure cooker again .

My son bought me a TV for Xmas when I opened it the screen was cracked . After many messages and emails the finally agree to have it returned after I refused a €50 voucher for a TV that cost over €400 . They gave me a date of February 2nd for courier to collect it . It’s now february 7 and no body has collected and not responding to emails and messages. I would not buy from this company again.

Bought a tv screen was cracked when I opened it contacted customer service and still waiting for a reply.77923546. Sent photos and still no contact from Buy It Direct Ireland 😡 . One week on and still no reply from buy it direct ireland . I am going to have to take it to the next step after paying over €400 for a cracked TV. Every time I email them I get the same automated reply saying they need pictures even though I have already sent pictures 3 times. Avoid this company at all costs .

Ordered 2 phones over 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since very poor communication .

Transfer didn’t turn up at airport paid €84 for transfer . Had to pay €200 for taxi . Travel republic have admitted admin error but are offering me €92 refund when I paid €284. This happened in July now October 15 still not resolved😡 I have contacted travel republic several times and have had no reply all I can do now is warn people about their airport transfers

Was left stranded at Barcelona airport when transfer didnt turn up which I paid €84 for . Rang their number but lady on the phone couldn’t get a reply from any rep . Had to pay €200 for a taxi . Won’t be using travel republic again .

Took €235 out of my bank account even though I had paid my bill then tell me it will take 10 days to refund.

Ordered chest of drawers in january never delivered ordered shower door in February never delivered . Have been onto customer service several times still not delivered or refund yet charged interest on account. Looks like Littlewoods take money from customers for more expensive items then hold on to customers money for 2 or 3 months before refunding . Never seems to be a problem with cheaper orders needs to be reported to trading standers authority. Got an email from Littlewoods saying shower door was being delivered on March 14 . Delivery arrived I signed for it opened it and it was the chest of drawers🙄. My account says shower door delivered . Got on to customer service again several times to tell them I got chest of drawers not shower door . They changed status of chest of drawers to delivered and left shower door delivered so now it looks like I got both . Got in to customer service again still no shower door . Pulling my hair out at this stage 😡

Arrived on time delivered cooker took old one and packaging away friendly and polite no issues.

Very happy with phone quick delivery I will definitely use this sop again 😄

Charged £40 to cancel hotel room booked for one night total rip off.
