Disappoint Service…

I used chat service as was busy working to solve issue. Someone named Manisha said she was gonna transfer me to another department to solve my issue. She didn’t transfer and disappeared from chat so I was literally on the chat for long time with no responses . Eventually I had to leave the chat with my query being unsolved . Very disappointing service and lots of hassle
As no always impossible to make phone calls due to work commitments

Waste of money purchase

Waste of money purchase . Several lady hugs died instantly , rest drowsy and extremely small and weak. They didn’t make it either. Real waste of money.

Why the attitude

I’m still waiting for my lady bugs . I called to enquire and a woman who didn’t introduce herself when answered and picked up the phone. She asked my details and said :”what your name, I can’t pronounce it” then she said it instantly.
My name is made of 5 letters for god sake with 3 vowels how hard can it be ???????.
Why such fuss and rudeness to show higher class. Learn to make effort and humble yourself. At least make the effort without making the other person feel as if their name is instantly dismissed or unworthy of effort.
It clearly shows that she was more focussed on her convenience instead of showing respect for my identity.
her response was immediate like she couldn’t bother making the effort . Please learn to respect others and stop the attitude of not being bothered to make effort with others who seem from different backgrounds.
Better way for next time is to say:” sorry can you help me pronounce you name”
NOT “I can’t pronounce your name”
I hope such matter gets dealt with by management. Let’s hope she wasn’t one of them

If I could give less starts I would,appalling service

If I could give less stars I would ,I spoke to 2 people regarding in app purchase that wasn’t complete and had error. They both couldn’t help to get my refund and referred me to apparently top manager who was more useless than them. Who kept repeating himself teaming he had no power over the third party seller. So basically once your purchase goes wrong and the game developer refuses to refund you you r stuck as itune managers are useless and unable to help. You r just lost around 11 customers today, and hopefully more to follow. Will purchase devices from more competent sellers. Apple service really gone down hill.
The call was made between 10:13-10:45 on 04/01/2022. Who that manager was , I think you better find a job elsewhere otherwise you r just losing customers .waste of time

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, 1.5 hours wasted on a woman who couldn’t offer any help for an undelivered order, (she said she would pass it to a specialist team who will get back to us in 48 hours ????
What’s that gonna do to us and our hungry kids NOW...
What a stupid solution,I insisted to speak to supervisor, after an other 10 minutes wait I got one, and she gave us a credit for same amount to re order again, if any issues ask for manager straight away don’t waste your time with first line customer service people, they r useless

Horrible experience, horrible place, security staff are bullies and weirdos. Useless security supervisors
Not family or kids friendly environment in fact very toxic
