IPAD/IOS26 is a nightmare

IPADOS26 is a nightmare - long solved issues in OS18 are back, some old issues in OS18 is still there… and now includes new errors. Ruined the experience of a 20K Ipad Pro setup with external display - and there is no easy way back to IOS18 :(

No IOS26, Carplay remains broken in 26.01 despite claims its solved. Random disconnects, black screen on car display :(

Apple used to be all about quality and function/form balance. Now-a-days its all bling for no valuable function - and software is just released for public testing on VERY expensive customer hardware. Rest in peace Steve Jobs.

Apple blatantly conned me

Apple blatantly conned me. After a lifetime of buying apple products l’m well and truly done with them. Avoid like the plague. I bought a replacement new Iphone. They estimated £140 trade in for my old one. Once I had paid for my new one and sent in my trade in, they revised the trade in offer to zero!! Absolutely disgraceful. I've bought 5 or six ipads, 7 or 8 iPhones, multiple earphones,4 apple laptops over the years for myself and family. And this is how they treat me. Shocking. I will never buy another apple product.

Problem in Iphone 15 Pro Max model, brought in Danmark
Regarding case ID: Case - 102556227664 "Unable to add/Delete ESIM", "ESIM Failure".
Please inform your development team, please solve this issue as soon as possible as I am completely blocked from using other ESIM.
Sorry to say, I never ever thought an iphone would lead to such an issue where it completely blocked the person. I thought the quality of the iphone should be better than the Chinese phone maker company.

Macbook Air Retina 13"(2020) Keyboard malfunction

I visited the Humac store in Nørreport, Copenhagen 14/8/2024 due to several issues with my keyboard (the computer often types 'r' multiple times without me touching they keyboard + several buttons cannot type the same letter more than once if I hold down the key). I was advised to contact Apple support (case ID: 102372854642), as they thought I was eligible for the Apple Service Program like it is the case for MacBook Air (Retina, 13") 2018 & 2019 that present exactly the same issues as my computer (Serial number: FVFCRDSDM6KG). Also, I bought my computer less than 4 years ago, which is the requirement for the programme... However, my computer is from 2020 and the employee in Apple Support could do nothing to help me or include me in the service programme, although he clearly suggested that my computer should be eligible for the programme. Needless to mention my computer has never been damaged, but still I would have to pay 4000 DKK to have the keyboard changed, although the issue is obviously due to a fault from the producer. Such bad business ethics to not offer service programmes to customers, who inform of such issues, when knowing the history of the exact same models...

Force to upgrade - Robbery

The iPad non-stops asked to sign into iCloud (stopping me from using the iPad) contacted Apple Support and have been told the iPad model doesn't work with the new sign-ins system (2 way or something) so it's impossible to sign in so it will never end (the non-stop requests to sign in)
So apple do something to make the product useless because I haven't got the newer product - very dodgy. Would recommend not buying Apple if this is what they do to people that don't or can't always spend the money to non-stop upgrading. Day light robbery

Horrible!

I bought a computer from Apple, a brand new 2023 iMac, and after only a few days starting having trouble with the "Magic Mouse", which is about as "Magic" as Magic Jordan... Apple don´t care one little bit about my product being faulty, and I now have to go through the legal system to see where my rights are in this whole mess...! Absolutely ridiculous behavior, and a move that is getting me to down right REGRET giving my money to a company, thats first of all rips its customers off by not supplying simple cords for their products, and won´t even help out someone who spent 2000GBP on a product just a few days ago... They don´t care about their customers, and won´t help you, even if the problem is caused by them... What a kick in the teeth...! This is absolutely going to be the last time I support this kind of behaviour, and will never buy a product from Apple again... And will be advising everyone I know to buy a PC instead of an iMac... Im shocked at this treatment I´ve gotten...

Apple has stolen our money

My husband wanted to purchase 5,200 PokeCoins via Apple for our son’s birthday in October 2023. He received four error messages and none of the purchases went through.

A few days later we saw to our great surprise that Apple had withdrawn 4 x 349 DKK from our Danish bank account, but our son still has not received any PokeCoins.

We have been in contact with Apple several times, but they refuse to help us. They say that the “system” has rejected our request. We have also contacted Pokémon, but they claim that Apple should take care of this.

We are shocked that two large well-renowned companies would treat their customers like this. It is fraud and theft and we certainly hope to get our money refunded!

Never buy it from apple denmark website.

Sadly Apple Denmark is rated 1,9 here in Trustpilot. I agree and will give just 1 star because they are not worth it.
Have bought 4 AirTag on 999DKK from them. When I check Apple.com it cost 645DKK.
When I check towns shops, it’s from 750 -800dkk.
Moreover they are rude to have a conversation with. So better to be in touch with those automatic robots with the strange ugly Danish talking to you till you walk away.
I do remember a case regarding Apple Watch, where they was forced to take their defect watch and send me a new, but so small little minded guys they are that they didn’t give me the bill/recied for that new watch they sent. Because then the watch will have guarantee…
Little minded, small world, rude and hateful conversation.
Never buy it from apple denmark website.

My first Apple experience

This was my very first Apple device I’ve ever had. It brings back a lot of memories from when I was a little kid and I remember getting a lot of games for it and even falling in love with iOS 7 when it came out, but my mom sold it to my former teacher’s mother in 2014 and I bet she still has it hidden in some drawer.

Apple abuse my rights by not being…

Apple abuse my rights by not being honest to me. My review is based on their own verdict. I used to trust apple completely, but their App Store has been infiltrated with scams. How is that even possible ? I buy something and it disappears without me getting a refund. Feels like they are mocking me. Of course they would not. But why does it feel like ? Ask your self Apple. Who does something feel like something it is not ?

Trying to downgrade iCloud… seem like a scam

Trying to downgrade iCloud subscription. I understand Apple would like to make money, but this is going too far.
1) First of all it is easy to upgrade, no questions asked. BUT if you would like to downgrade you need to login and find your password. Why? (besides making it difficult for your customers)
2) Once past that gate you may select a downgrade. BUT: The 'OK' button is greyed out, so you cannot press it. Why?
3) You press the 'Why don't i see an OK button'. Great, so it's so common that there is a special button for this. Why not just fix it?
4) You then get some description of what might 'help'. E.g. logging in on 2 other devices, and trying it all over again, etc, etc. Nothing works. Why?
5) You then sinally follow the advice 'contact support if nothing works'. This just leads to a 'help-yourself-jungle' with info on everything else than iCloud. Why do you state 'contact support', when it is actually 'press this button to NOT get in contact with support'?

This whole things has a lot of similarities with a scam....
