If I could give less starts I would,appalling service

If I could give less stars I would ,I spoke to 2 people regarding in app purchase that wasn’t complete and had error. They both couldn’t help to get my refund and referred me to apparently top manager who was more useless than them. Who kept repeating himself teaming he had no power over the third party seller. So basically once your purchase goes wrong and the game developer refuses to refund you you r stuck as itune managers are useless and unable to help. You r just lost around 11 customers today, and hopefully more to follow. Will purchase devices from more competent sellers. Apple service really gone down hill.
The call was made between 10:13-10:45 on 04/01/2022. Who that manager was , I think you better find a job elsewhere otherwise you r just losing customers .waste of time
