I HATE Apple.

My back gave in whilst out walking my dogs, and in the struggle to get home in agony, I lost my phone. I have bought a new iPhone 13 and have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get back into my iCloud account and Apple could not care less. I am struggling with debilitating pain, immobile and potentially heading into hospital for spine surgery in the middle of a pandemic, they will NOT let me in my account. So I have no one's numbers, none of my apps, so I will be alone in hospital with no visitors and no contact with the outside world. Despite the fact that I have enough ID to open a bank account or travel the world, precious Apple deems it appropriate to keep me in Apple jail. I would have defected to Samsung but I used my inheritance from my mother who died this year to buy an Apple watch. So I am stuck with AWFUL customer service and a company who care nothing for its customers. I HATE them.
