Terrible Customer Service
When called in to the apple service centre in Singapore, different advisors provide different CONTRADICTING advice. The second advisor mentioned that the information said by the previous advisor (when called in previously) is wrong. Thereafter, when called to the apple hotline the 3rd time, another advisor picked up the call and said that the information said by the 2nd advisor previously is inaccurate.
When the 2nd advisor returned back the call 20 minutes later than the previously scheduled time, after talking about the next steps, the call suddenly got cut off and he never called back anymore. When customer called back the apple hotline again to ask for the same advisor to continue his response, another advisor picked up the phone and said he was unable to redirect the call to the 2nd advisor despite customer providing the name of the 2nd advisor. Why is apple customer service so unreliable, irresponsible and totally unprofessional???
