This companyis pure fraud.i canceled my…
This company is pure fraud.i canceled my account. And demanded a refund of the balance of my account.amazingly this fraudulent company managed to add up every fee they could devise to steal my money and deny a refund. None of these fees were presented or discussed when applying for the program. None,no set up fee no monthly maintenance nothing zero.i was not aware of these false fees prior to using this program.nonone advised me before agreeing to it. I am on social security and a senior citizen. This company stole my dedicated account thru fraud. Their reply is simply a twisted attempt to validate the theft of my account.none of these alleged fees were discussed prior to my joining.not a single mention was made.now after the fact they are attempting to say it was in the paperwork. If the so called fees had been brought up I never would have joined this fraudulent company.

I received 2 settlement offers back…
I received 2 settlement offers back to back Feb 10 2023.neither account was mine. The email to accept the offers stated they were new accounts not on my program list.i notified beyond finance and requested suspension of monthly payments as it appeared their site was hacked.they gave me excuses and said they would escalate the issue instead of just doing as I asked. I already spoke to someone for over 2 hours.i am not calling them,I am hearing impaired. They have my email they can contact me.i canceled my program.and still have not gotten confirmation of cancelation from beyond finance.i demanded they return my money in my dedicated account and was told by te person I spoke to that they will decide if I owe fees or payments which contradicts their stated no penalties for cancelation
addendum-beyond finance just cannot do what the customer wants.excuses and attempts to talk a person out of cancelation. As the customer I chose to exit the program. Just do it!!

This service never responds to email messages,Ever!live chat is also impossible to get.i had to file a complaint with the BBB about them changing my phone number without notice.they responded and agreed to give me back my number.but to do so they are sending out yet another sim card.while waiting for the sim card they cut off my calls and text service.i am unable to reach family members which is very bad since I am a disabled senior citizen. This is unacceptable.
It gets worse today December 20 2022.i finally hot a live person on chat. Yesterday in response to my BBB complaint Q link restored my old phone number.however they cut off the current service and claim they restored the old sim which I no longer have. So I have no phoneborvtext service because the not genius fools at Q link didn't inform me of this and now I have to wait 10 days for a new sim card.unbelievable! The level.of incompetence is astounding. So I have no phone until Jan? I am a disabled senior citizen. Unable to contact any family these companies employ the dumbest people they can find.

this is the same company that runs masseys,stoneberry and others. they are horrible at customer service. their web site was non functioning in april 2022 and i was unable to post my monthly payment. i emailed them and was told ok thanks,no late fees will be charged. since then every month they add late fees to the late fees. and will not remove them, this latest episode forced me to cancel an order because i placed it 3 weeks ago and not once was i informed that the item was on back order . the status just stated in process. i canceled it . now they want me a hearing impaired person to call them because emails are a security risk. smh

Rocket mortgage has a commercial on tv showing a homeless woman living in her car getting a house.i contacted them about the truthfulness of the commercial and got handed off to 4 different double speak agents.telling me the usual call them and talk to a mortgage expert.what a joke.try telling them you have no down payment funds.they cut you off.they are a fraud

i recently shopped at the local …
i recently shopped at the local giant eagle for groceries. i had over one dollar on the advantage card for fuel perks for gas. somehow the fuel perks vanished . i contacted customer service but they refuse to do anything since the advantage card is in my son in law's name. i do the shopping for the household,he picked ip the advantage card. if customer service reviewed purchases they woul see all are made in my name with my debit card. but they want to play that silly "security reasons " game. are fuel perks now state secrets? i am now a former customer. last year using the same card the gas pump charged me for premium gas when i pushed the button for regular. they had no problem refunding my fuel perks then. good bye giant eagle. your customer service is not customer friendly.

This company is the worst for trying to update profile information. I was able to update my address and payment method but its impossible to update email .hours of back and forth email messages with incompetent customer support was futile at changing my email. First they told me to call to verify.thats absurd,i placed an order with no verification. These companies act as if you are threatening state secrets. After an entire day of explaining the issue over and over they still cannot understand its their screwed up system that is the issue. I only ordered due to pet food shortages at local stores. I will never visit this site again.

I was looking for low cost therapy online and found cerebral.they had several plans to choose from.being on social security i chose the $7.00/week plan.after the assessment i said i would think.about it.immediately i was bombarded by sign up.now and 70%off or $55.00off.for several days.i decided to chance the $55 off.assuming it was for the $7.00/week plan.i was wrong.it was a bait and switch scheme.i was informed later my plan was $85.00/month. And so began the daily harassment of you.must verify your identity with a drivers license or other govt issued document. Then a selfie too. The link to the selfie never worked.so.i was harrassed daily to verify who.i am.attempts to speak to online support got me passive/aggressive responses that sounded robotic.no one ever addressed my concern.after daily email harassment. I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund.instead of a real response i was bombarded with more emails askingto rate their support. Avoid this company ar all costs.they are interested in money only.i still have not had any response to my refund demand. An addendum to this February 21.trustpilot sent me a message that cerebral.com wanted more info to prove my review was real.lets.laugh.all day February 20 2022 i was bombarded and harrassed by email after email to rate their support. This place just can't let it go!they are creepy in their endless support requests.no matter how often i state,stop,they just send more.i reported them to the Pennsylvania state attorney General, for bait and switch among other issues.i want my money refunded asap.ok i have to add to my review of this place. even though i can\celed and my money was refunded,this site continues harrassing me with 'rating thheir support' it appears they are narcssts who worry about their image more than the concerns of anyone who has the misfortune to connect with them. the endless emails requesting they be rated without a doubt proves this place cerebral.com is run by psychopaths.

i used to buy certain items from walmart because they were cheaper. even signed up for the membership at $12/month for free delivery. i recently canceled the membership. for the past few months walmart ,uses fed ex for delivery, cannot manage to get fed ex to deliver items purchased. it began with my package severely damaged and the contents broken. and progressed to delivery exceptions,meaning no delivery. items are never delivered. in spite of online tracking stating they are "on the vehicle" for delivery. the fed ex facility is less than an hour from my address,yet fed ex can't deliver. the last item was allegedly so damaged as to not be deliverable according to fed ex. this after a week of tracking stating the item was scheduled repeatedly for delivery. the final straw was yesterday when again fed ex after tracking stated on time delivery suddenly had an EXCEPTION with future delivery pending again. on top of that walmart refuses to refund the purchase price claiming "policies" state the customer has to wait more days to see if slow fed ex delivers the item. fed ex is unreliable. walmart continues to ship with fed ex. therefore i am no longer a customer. amazon may be a bit more expensive but they at least deliver as promised on time. paying walmart for free 2 day shipping is a disaster. good bye walmart,customers mean nothing to them.

this is about an amazon prime…
this is about an amazon prime delivery driver. i had ordered an item from amazon and signed up for text message tracking. i was notified at 5:20 that my item was the next stop on the delivery schedule. i have a nest video camera on the front of my house also. i went outside to get my package,the amazon prime van was sitting there.the passenger side window was down and the driver was listening to music. i yelled at him after almost 10 minutes to hand me my package. he got out of the van 3 times,twice with my package,and refused to deliver it to me. then he drove away. he returned at 9:50 p.m. and standing at the street threw my package as hard as he could at my front door. so hard my son in law went outside to ask him what his problem was. its all on video. i notified amazon immediately. they refunded my purchase price . but i have heard nothing more on this episode. needless to say i am no longer an amazon customer. they canot even update the customer on this serious matter.

this company is the WORST! i found it by accident while looking for clothing. it looked as if they sold interesting items. i ordered 6 items. received 3 ,which took weeks. the other 3 i have not received in almost 3 months!!!!!!!! contact with their customer service is aggravating ,they repeatedly advise "patience". nowhere on the website does it state the items they sell will be shipped from china!. i have ordered from other companies that shipped from china and received the items faster than this company!! i demanded a refund on the 3 items i have not gotten. they claim,oops they were shipped so sad too bad. at this point i do not care if they were shipped i want my money back. perhaps if i eventually get the item in the next year,i might advise them to be patient and wait for me to return the items. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. i filed a BBB complaint also.
oh look they replied. they know full well what happened and after weeks of back and forth emails with their whining "for patience" they finally agreed to refund all my money. why would i continue to wait for the items ? its been 3 months already. i am sick of the delays and nonsense from this company. i would suggest if they are based in the usa they acquire a warehouse and stock it with the items they try to sell no one wants to wait for their purchase from another country that is held up by customs.
wow another BS reply. now they claim the items were "lost" after telling me repeatedly to be 'patient" and wait for the items to arrive. what a joke. until i posted my honest review of this company and filed a BBB complaint ,they had no intention of refunding my money. "patience" they use the word erroneously. no one expects to wait "patiently" for months for an order. this company is "committed" alright,committed to going out of business with their inability to produce advertised items or respond to customer dissatisfaction in a quick and responsible manner. avoid this company.

usps worst
i was tracking a paxkage from the seller and notified it was due to be delivered november 10th 2021. nothing arrived. i was alerted that my package was 'delivered on november 12 2021 at 12:32 p.m. . i have a nest video camera on the front of my house. i reviewed the mail delivery after i went outside to retrieve my mail at 12:36p.m. less than 4 minutes after the nest recorded the mail person delivering the mail. no package at all. yet the usps insists it was "delivered". i filed a missing mail form out and within 24 hours was told case closed it was 'delivered. i filed a complaint with the post master general next then another with the local post office. nothing has been done. however i have gotten 2 surveys in email asking how my case was resolved and do i like the usps. still nothing from the usps any of the complaints in over 2 weeks.

fed ex is the worst delivery service. using the tracking number on a package does not help much. i had a scheduled delivery due november 30 2021. it was 'updated" by fed ex to november 26 2021. no package arrived. i was advised late november 26 2021 that it would arrive november 27 2021. then the tracking informed me no such tracking number existed. then i was informed it was scheduled to be delivered november 28 2021. november 28th arrives and lo and behold its now scheduled for november 29th 2021. and the real kicker is its been sitting in a fed ex facility less than an hour from my home! for 3 days now. and each update says 'on fed ex vehicle out for delivery! they are worse than the usps.

i used this service once a year ago and it was a positive experience. sadly i used it again, recently. on october18 2020. i placed an order for 6 items and was given a delivery window of 2:40-7:40 p.m. as of 7 p.m. no shopper had been assigned. i contacted support via online chat and was sent multiple false apologies and 'we understand" bs. for over 1 hour. i demanded compensation of some sort, since i wasted my day, waiting for delivery. all they could offer per company guidelines was $5.00 off my next purchase. in spite of telling them i will never use instacart again. they refuse any refunds. i also got an extra item i did not order and a wrong item. they refunded the price of the wrong item. but nothing more. it was a nightmare talking to their online chat people. too much passive aggressive empty apologies and attempts at "understanding". these companies fail to understand how that irritates and angers customers i eventually got my order at 7:55 p.m. they refunded the delivery fee . but the experience was not worth it.
