Subway now sells substandard sandwiches while increasing the price. There is almost no meat on the sandwiches. And they are sloppily made.

This site is the worst i have ever seen. You can’t log in it doesnt let you change your phone number. There are no human customer service persons just an inept robot.

They response to the FCC complaint was nothing but lies and an attempt at extortion. Stand up continues to insist my lifeline program participation had expired. No such thing happened. They also insist I had to recertify thru a link they provided that did not work for days.and advised me that if I paid them money I could keep my service.i verified with lifeline that there was no issue with my participation inthe lifeline program .and stad up insists because I did not use their non working link that I therefore was removed from their service.they continue to lie about whst they did blaming myself.they need fined or put out of business for incompetence.

Horrible company. Do not notify need to recertification.

This ridiculous site is impossible to use.my apartment management recently switched to this incompetent site.no matter how many times you try to sign in with your password it says its invalid and you need to reset it.after it locks you out for 30 minutes each time
Also the rent anount is out of date. This company sucks.

I received an offer of bogo free for chicken wings at wingstop on August 3 2024.it was a text.i deleted it.imagine my surprise on August 4 2024 when there was a charge from wingstop on my bank account for $171.23!!! I had not ordered anything or opened the text.i complained to uber eats who after one hour of my complaint claimed they had extensively investigated it and could not find it.i also complained to amazon since they gave free delivery with uber eats for my prime account.they claim they cannot find this charge. Obviously uber eats is not a secure site.i immediately uninstalled uber eats from my phone. I will never use them again.

This is the 2nd time at tge frankstown road giant eagle thst my scanned advantage card did not register. And their sale items were not in the system.either.checked my receipt when i got home and found i was overcharged and none if my fuel perks were applied.attempted to contact customer support that is also fruitless. Finally got ahold of a libing person who informed me i had tonwsit 24 hours until my purchase registered in the system. Then received email response to my contact form.and was condescendingly told i need to .use my advantage card when i shop.i had repeatedly stated i scanned it and it did not register for some reason.i was overcharged on sale items my activated offers did not get applied mybperks were not applied.and i was grudgingly told as a "courtesy "they would give me some perks.i filed a complaint with the BBB. This store is horrible.i don't have issues at shop n save. addendum customer support blames me for their system failure. Claiming i did not use my advantage card.despite their system not having current sale items ringing up.

I keep getting imminent delivery notices but no delivery.this is unusual . I received a reply to contact thrift books with a link.the link does not work.i might add the 3rd book i purchased has mot moved since june 13 2024 from maryland. Tracking shows it is stuck in maryland.

I ordered several items on amazon.com and chose the affirm payment plan. I did not receive an order.number from Amazon. I contacted affirm and was told my order was being processed, and when it was ready to ship i would receive a confirmation email.that never happened. On my affirm account it continues to.say its processing but my items were delivered today june 15 2024 with no notice.i live innan apt building andbit was by pure chance my boxwas noticed. And an item was.missing.i tried to contact customer support but thst was futile.the employees are incapable of understanding why i have no order.number.i gave them the numbers off the box and they still kept asking for the nonexistent order number.my account page is blank for recent orders also. Amazon is incompetent and hires incompetent employees.since my account page is blank does this mean i don't have to pay for the items?lol

This is the absolute worst.delivery service. They give a time window for delivery and your package never arrives on time.you end up waiting all day long. Then they lie and say they tried to deliver. Okay i wrote this review yesterday. I still have not received my package.my package is perishables and the incompetent fed ex can't seem to manage delivery.

Giant eagle just gets worse and worse.they hire the most incompetent workers.my recent visit was another nightmare. The cashier,was unable to understand whst a 4 packof batteries was. I explained it several times he still tried to ring up a 10 pack. Then deleted it and my advantage card number.when inrealized no perks were on my receipt i went back in the store.the cashier tried to tell me i never gave him my advantage card!.i went to the service desk but lo and behold it was closed and the employee was on break.at 9:30 a.m! The store opens at 7 a.m. and inly one cashier was working. The other was buying scratch off lottery tickets.requests to page the manager were made,and i was asked what did I want. No manager bothered to find out what the customer wanted.break was more important. Giant eagle will mot see me as a customer again.

My granddaughter was a victim.of identity theft by her mother.her mother opened a capital one credit card in her name a d used it to purchase $1400.worth of goods.my granddaughter made a police report when she found out about the identity theft. And contacted capital one. The decided because my granddaughter lived at the same address as her mother that she was part of this.and refused to remove the charges and clear her credit. This is unconscionable and poor business. Even the police report had no effect on their decision. My granddaughter is being adversely affected by this theft and lack of responsibility on capital one part.

Usually the delivery updates and tracking on great.this time narvar was way off.while I received my order fast as usual,the tracking was wrong.

I ordered delivery from a local wendys on Friday August 11 2023 at 5:39p.m. the delivery driver was stuck in the drive thru for almost one hour to pick up my order. When it was finally delivered several items were missing.i immediately contacted help/support.they are neither helpful or supportive. I was not able to chat with the support person to discuss the missing items. I demanded a full refund and was supposedly give $5.00 uber bucks.the order was missing several items that were more than $5.00 attempting to get ahold of support was a failure.then they had the nerve to mark my dispute resolved.why would I want an uber credit after this fiasco.i want the money credited back to my debit card.

Too much conflicting information on delivery dates.i received 3 different delivery messages from narvar.i applied the tracking number to usps and got even more confusing information. I contacted customer service at thriftbooks about this and was given a nonsense general description of delivery which was not helpful. Today may 4 2023 I was given more delivery dates. This never happened before.its disappointing.

i got their "crispy fish sandwich on 3/19/23 it was the worst tasteless sandwich ever. arbys has the best fish sandwiches.
