as long as chewy .com uses fed ex delivery i will not shop with them. they advertise 1-2 day shipping, which happens, but delivery is horrible. the first time i ordered, my delivery was postponed nearly a week by fed ex,when i finally got my package it looked as if it had been kicked around the parking lot. smh. i put off my autoship for months after this. but tried it again last week october 3 2019. yes it was shipped in 1 day. delivery however ,by fed ex, has been a problem again. my delivery was put off from oct 4 to oct 5 ,then til oct 7 . smh. after complaining to chewy customer service,they resent the package. same thing happened. unless the find better delivery service i will not be a customer.

Today october5,2019, I placed an order for food from Popeye's chicken,after half an hour from my delivery time had passed and the delivery person I was tracking had not moved from one spot. I called Popeye's to complain that the delivery person stole my order. The person's name was supposedly Pamela. Popeye's stated they will refund my purchase price but it will take 5 business days. This is also unacceptable. Why should I have to wait for a refund.needless to day I will not use uber eats again.
