I received 2 settlement offers back…
I received 2 settlement offers back to back Feb 10 2023.neither account was mine. The email to accept the offers stated they were new accounts not on my program list.i notified beyond finance and requested suspension of monthly payments as it appeared their site was hacked.they gave me excuses and said they would escalate the issue instead of just doing as I asked. I already spoke to someone for over 2 hours.i am not calling them,I am hearing impaired. They have my email they can contact me.i canceled my program.and still have not gotten confirmation of cancelation from beyond finance.i demanded they return my money in my dedicated account and was told by te person I spoke to that they will decide if I owe fees or payments which contradicts their stated no penalties for cancelation
addendum-beyond finance just cannot do what the customer wants.excuses and attempts to talk a person out of cancelation. As the customer I chose to exit the program. Just do it!!
