The people at Chewy are amazing
The people at Chewy are amazing. They listen to you, they don't rush you off the phone and they take your concerns seriously. My dogs have never been happier. They recognize the Chewy box and go crazy for it. They sit on the box until I open it. They also deliver either on time or early. Thank you Chewy!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
I had to give this company one star to even get to this page to write the review, but it doesn’t even deserve that. I established an account for my daughter , who lives 8 hours from me in college, to get a special food for her puppy. They flagged the account as preparing to order and the status never changed. So I called to find out why it wasn’t shipping. Because I wanted to charge it to my credit card ( a different address from shipping address), it had flagged and needed to be reviewed. I explained that I was the card holder and I was the person who actually created the account. I wanted the food charged to my card. “oh, no problem, she will get the food in 1-3 days” .Two days later, my card still had not been charged and no pet food, so my daughter called the company. “ you will get your food by Thursday at 4pm “ was the answer she received. Seven days later, we still haven’t gotten the food, so I call once again only to find out the order has been canceled!!! No explanation , no contact whatsoever from them even though they had my phone number and all of my daughter s information. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .
Save money with Chewy!
I have been using Chewy since I adopted my dog. Their web site is very easy to use, especially their subscriptions. Amazon could learn from Chewy's subscription portion of their website. They have made it so easy to change anything on your subscription; delivery date, frequency, amount or adding or subtracting items to the subscription. I was having trouble with something on the website, the tech on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. At the end she asked me how my dog enjoyed his food because she was thinking of switching her dog to that brand. It was like I was having a chat with a friend helping me with my problem. I have saved so much using Chewy and they are good people. Also they have great commercials; "vaase!"

I had a great experience with chewy.com, because it is affordable, their delivery service was outstanding ( I got my dogs vitamins a couple days later), and my dogs love the product as well. Chewy.com even gives you a discount for first time customers!

DON'T USE THE PHARMACY
I have used Chewy for years. I love the store but NOT THE PHARMACY. It is most disorganized mess to deal with. Over all the years, every single prescription order has been a fiasco. They lie to you instead of taking responsibility for their screw ups. Every prescription has to be mailed snail mail. The latest fiasco... almost 3 weeks after I sent the prescription they emailed me and said I need to mail the prescriptions. I called and they told me everything was entered and approved for all 4 written prescriptions I sent, so they would check what the hold up was. After a 20 MIN HOLD they tell me they were just approved by my vet yesterday... as they told others on these reviews. LIE. This was a mailed prescription that doesn't require additional approval. Other times I have had to call more than once on REFILLS and get 3 different stories from 3 different people, who never take responsibility. They don't tell you when there is a problem, they just wait for you to figure out that it isn't coming and call them to sort out the mess. My dog had surgery and was prescribed pain meds. I ordered them before her surgery so she would have them in time. Now it has been 10 days since her surgery and they haven't even shipped them yet. Chewy needs to get rid of its pharmacy. They are giving them a bad name. I will be finding a different pharmacy. I have endured this long enough. Signed, a no longer loyal customer.
Chewy is not just a business.
I never had any problems with Chewy. I probably would not be writing this review though except for how wonderful the company and customer service was to us when our beloved dog died. Not only did
Chewy reimburse us for items purchased, instead of sending the items back we were told to donate them. They were so understanding of our grief and just knew what to say to let us know they understood. The reimbursement also helped us financially since a sick pet can be so pricy when you just want the best for them.
Constantly getting damaged products and…
Constantly getting damaged products and now shipments are taking over 1 1/2 weeks to arrive when it used to be 2-3 days. We have been Chewy customers for years, but today is the end. Poor customer service and false advertising.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I had an issue with a wrong product. Not only did Chewy make it right, EVERY single rep I spoke with was SUPER NICE and accommodating! Mistakes happen everywhere, every day, but AMAZING Customer Service does not, except at Chewy! Other companies could learn a lot from them! Very much Appreciated! Chewy is awesome. Fast delivery, name brands, friendly, professional staff..just great. And whenever I have done a return, I was credited and told to keep or donate items. They also sent my Isabelle my kittty a birthday card. Thank you Adam K. NH
Chewy is just the best.
Not only do they go out of their way to help with any questions, when I lost three of my dogs, very close together, they sent flowers. I have recently added a puppy, and they sent him some balls, and a neck bandana. I don't know of any other company that does something like this for their customers.
Above and beyond customer service
We sadly lost our beloved pet recently and I contacted Chewy about returning an unused product that we no longer needed. They not only sent their condolences but credited our account without the hassle of having to return the product. And to top it all off, we just received a bouquet of roses from the company in remembrance of our Kirby! Kudos to Chewy for their excellent and thoughtful customer service!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ORDERS: Chewy service reps never pressured me to get auto delivery. Deliveries are undamaged and on time. So many products to choose from at reasonable rates... MY Personal Story: I had placed an order, and my pet became ill and passed away just after placing the order. I had called Chewy and tried to cancel the order, but it had just been dropped off in our package box. I explained what had happened, and the customer service rep said that my account would be credited. Customer service asked if I could donate the order, canned food, to a local shelter. I thanked customer service! I thought, there really are some kind people out there. Then a few days went by, and the Chewy customer service rep that I had talked to had flowers sent to me. She had asked me what my pets name was when we had talked , and my pets name was included on a card regarding the loss of my pet. This literally brought tears to my eyes.
Desperately need medicated food - Chewy fails
Ordered medicated food. Medication; it's serious right? Life is dependent on it. I was on the phone with my vet when they faxed Chewy for the prescription. Chewy confirmed my order, said I would receive an update. Two days later, still no notice from Chewy about the medication order. They let the medication order sit. I call; they claim my vet didn't respond. I confirmed with my vet. This is unacceptable. It's disgusting - the poor animal can't get medicated because Chewy can't manage a simple order. My first prescription experience with Chewy and my last. I'm very angry prescriptions from doctors are put in the hands of people who don't value them. It's horrid. They cause damage to an animal and all I get is a "sorry." Don't be in the business of providing medication if you can't be responsible. You've caused an animal to suffer without medication, and more to come because it has to wait. And I get "sorry."

When ordering Greenies pill pockets always order them separately; if you don't the shipping people ,are too stupid to pack them properly - always on the bottom with heavy stuff on top so they get squashed. hard to put the pills in. They have been doing this for over a year despite many calls. They are too stupid, too lazy, don't give a dam or all the above.
