avoid this company.

this company is the WORST! i found it by accident while looking for clothing. it looked as if they sold interesting items. i ordered 6 items. received 3 ,which took weeks. the other 3 i have not received in almost 3 months!!!!!!!! contact with their customer service is aggravating ,they repeatedly advise "patience". nowhere on the website does it state the items they sell will be shipped from china!. i have ordered from other companies that shipped from china and received the items faster than this company!! i demanded a refund on the 3 items i have not gotten. they claim,oops they were shipped so sad too bad. at this point i do not care if they were shipped i want my money back. perhaps if i eventually get the item in the next year,i might advise them to be patient and wait for me to return the items. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. i filed a BBB complaint also.

oh look they replied. they know full well what happened and after weeks of back and forth emails with their whining "for patience" they finally agreed to refund all my money. why would i continue to wait for the items ? its been 3 months already. i am sick of the delays and nonsense from this company. i would suggest if they are based in the usa they acquire a warehouse and stock it with the items they try to sell no one wants to wait for their purchase from another country that is held up by customs.


wow another BS reply. now they claim the items were "lost" after telling me repeatedly to be 'patient" and wait for the items to arrive. what a joke. until i posted my honest review of this company and filed a BBB complaint ,they had no intention of refunding my money. "patience" they use the word erroneously. no one expects to wait "patiently" for months for an order. this company is "committed" alright,committed to going out of business with their inability to produce advertised items or respond to customer dissatisfaction in a quick and responsible manner. avoid this company.

For items delayed and not shipped, you can cancel the items and we will refund you.

As we check, the two rest item we shipped were lost on the way and we have refunded them on Dec 4 and Dec 9.
