I had a great response today from Driss Relmy at Voneus Broadband. I contacted Driss about a problem I was having with my Wi-Fi extenders. Driss responded to my email within an hour (pretty exceptional response time) and offered a solution to fix the issue plus offering some great advice to help going forward. This is great customer care in action. Sincere thanks Driss for your swift action and for the additional tips - really appreciated.

I discovered Noted Aroma's through my son. I've always enjoyed wearing aftershaves & fragrances but the prices now are beginning to make me baulk. My son had purchased a couple of the 50ml bottles and I tried the Monte Carlo. Not only was the smell spot on, but the longevity of the fragrance was amazing. I showered that night and could still smell the fragrance on me the next day! Brilliant. I've just ordered seven of the sample bottles (which arrived this morning in very quick time) to choose a couple of the larger bottles. My fiancee has now ordered too due to being suitably impressed.

Jet2 are my go-to airline wherever we are flying to. The easy to use online booking system, good prices, great service and the attitude of the staff at all the airports we've been to are just some of the reasons we always use Jet2. On the aircraft itself the seating is never too close to the row infront (unlike certain other airlines) and the cabin crews are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We recently moved - combining two homes from Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick to one home in an outlying village.
The team from Swift were outstanding. Professional, careful, friendly and courteous throughout. All our possesions were taken care of and we moved in one day without incident. This really alleviated part of the stress of moving. I can highly recommend the whole team from Swift.

Excellent service from Trisha and the service team at Listers Jaguar. The fault with my E-Pace was identified quickly and all repairs carried out same day. I was kept appraised of the issues throughout the process.
The big letdown was the lack of courtesy car availability. This meant a very costly taxi journey to collect my car and a lot of wasted waiting time in the pouring rain. I wasn't even offered a lift !!

Really disappointed with the pricing structure. Checked out the PCR price before going on holiday - £49 each. Whilst on holiday in Lanzarote UK Government changed rules from Lateral Flow to day 2 PCR so booked immediately - price had gone up overnight to £69 each. Got back off holiday and checked again to price had gone up yet again. A PCR test in Lanzarote is €20 each - so how can UK companies charge nearly £100 each? Quite disgusted in the price hikes just because they can.
The test itself was handled really well. The staff on site were great, very friendly and professional in very tough circumstances, although the site is quite difficult to find at Birmingham airport. The results also came through on time as promised. If the price had stayed at £49 it would have been five stars for service, but massively hiking up the pricse on the back of the UK Government panicking as usual is very unfair.

Trying to get through on the phone to ask questions about the car...awful. On hold for 35 mins so gave up.
Once I'd placed the order the comms were great - Stephen (the young man who guided me through the rest of the process) was excellent. E-mails kept me up to date where the car was and booking the delivery slot was easy. Car turned up exactly on time with a phone call from the driver to say he was 30 mins away. Good handover.
BUT ... I purchsed a Jaguar F-Pace ... a premium luxury car and paid 90% of the cost myself. Where are my floor mats ???? How can you deliver a luxury SUV and not provide floor mats??
UPDATED 2nd July 2021 : Excellent customer care from Penny at Cinch. Phone call same day as I complained, Floor mat issue sorted out quickly and efficiently. Lots of comms by phone and email. My faith in Cinch is restored !! Would recommend.

A really excellent and very high quality garage. Enough room for three motorcycles and extremely strong and robust. My 16 yr old son built the garage in one day with the minimum of tools. Just make sure you have a really good base for it. I had a local builder lay an 18" reinforced concrete base and I have been able to bolt the garage to the floor with the floor bolts supplied. If you are a motor cyclist I would thoroughly recommend Asgard's products.

The masks are OK - The Halo is the best fit - the others I find a bit small for adults. My issue is that I ordered the wrong masks by mistake. I didn't open them and non of the H&S seals were broken but Maskie refused to allow me to exchange them. I fully understand the H&S element - especially in this COVID rich time - but non of the seals on the packaging were broken and I even offered to pay the return postage. Maskie refused to exchange the masks.
Very poor customer service. I wasn't looking for a refund just an exchange for the right masks. I am now stuck with two masks that are absolutely useless to me and have wasted money with what I thought was a reputable company. I would suggest looking elsewhere for masks.
Review of GO Outdoors
Ordered two Peter Storm Pac Mac's in Medium online. When we removed from packaging they were a large size and much too big. Returned on 12th Nov 2020 for refund. InPost confirmed delivery back to Go Outdoors next day. 13 days later and still waiting for refund to appear.Very shabby way treat customers.
